By faaar the best steak dinner I have ever had. Every single thing was delicious and I was able to pull apart my t bone with my fingers. I've traveled all over the country and this food was incredible!!!!

We went there Monday after an appointment at OSU James. It had been a rough day for my hubby. We hadn't been here for probably 12-15yrs. We wanted a good meal so we ended up here feeling doubtful because it seems service and quality has gone away. OMG!!!! Our waitress was EXCEPTIONAL and the food was BEYOND DELICIOUS!!! The atmosphere, ambiance and the total experience was unbelievable!!! I've never had such a perfect ending to an awful day. Thanks Longhorn steakhouse for the boost that we so needed in both our dining experience and restoring our faith in service!!! We requested the manager. He was awesome! What a wonderful team they have there!!!Dublin Ohio location

We had a horribly rude server. As a server myself, I know how it is being a server. We came in as one of the last tables, and our server was sure to tell us that the kitchen was closing (I get it, but I do have a better way to express that outside of being unprofessional). My untouched water had chunks of food in it. We could tell we weren't wanted in this late, which is understandable, I get it, but I dislike how rudely we were treated over it. Then, as we are leaving, our server waves his hands up wondering why we didn't pay when we already paid on the app, so he had just assumed we were walking out. It was a very unpleasant experience. I am a highly understanding person, but to go as far as to accept us and then make us feel completely unwanted the entire time was the restaurants fault. We usually tip good as well. That was absolutely one of the worst servers I've ever had or met. The server was a tall male working night shift 4/24 @9-10pm.

Yay! A chain steak restaurant in town that knows how to make a steak medium rare! The steaks were delicious - my husband is Gordon Ramsey obsessed and even said this was excellent. My steak salad was so yum, onion petals for apps were tasty and peppery which was nice. My son had a burger and it was Well seasoned! Service was excellent and friendly.

This place used be to pretty good. Apparently there's been a change in management though. Tonight my boyfriend and I went there for date night. Our night was not only ruined by bad food it was also ruined due to the manager.It started off with cold and overly cheesy French onion soup. When I say overly cheesy, I mean the soup to cheese ratio was way off! There was so much cheese that my soup was cold. However, I didn't complain.I ordered a medium rare 6oz steak and sweet potato. I literally couldn't cut my steak. My boyfriend noticed there was a large tendon in my steak. I hate complaining, really, but I couldn't eat my steak. We informed our (very nice) server. She said she'd send the manager over. It took the manager approximately 10 minutes. They were not crowded, at about 8 pm. The manager asked if he could get me anything else. I politely declined but he kept pushing (naming several other options) he said it's "on me" so I ordered 5 chicken tenders. He asked if I wanted a side but I didn't want him to have to pay for it.My five chicken tenders took approximately 20 minutes. We were just really ready to go... When they finally arrived the plate had gross blobs of red stuff and raw batter. We patiently waited for our server or the manager to come back around. Finally, my boyfriend got up and found someone. The manager didn't even come over to me...Our server finally came back and said the manager took off the tenders. My entire other meal was still on the tab as well as my boyfriend's meal that he didn't really eat because he felt bad eating because I didn't have my meal. My boyfriend refused to pay at this point. So the manager came back over and didn't apologize, was combative, clearly annoyed, and finally said "you're refusing to pay, so I won't charge you". What the actual eff?Thanks for ruining date night. We will never return.

I would return here based on that, however we came here as an alternative to Texas Roadhouse because they usually have such a long wait and I would still recommend Texas Roadhouse just because the food is better, but the service at Texas Roadhouse is pretty bad.
