I've been getting pizza here for the past 4 years and have consistently gotten great pizzas and orders on time/ early. I always thought Marco's puts all other chain pizza to shame (which I don't usually like chain pizza), but this location is the best out of the other Marco's I've been to. Tonight especially I got the best tasting Marco's I've had. Got it delivered and it came steaming hot! Toppings were generous and was on the well done side (which I love). I recommend getting the thick crust and old world pepperoni. This store exclusively also sends me the best coupons too. I hope this store continues the excellent service and food they've provided these past years.
This Marco's is the best. Excellent, hot food every time! Really nice folks working there. The one time I had a mix up, they made it right immediately! Can't recommend them enough

My mom loves this place. Or should I say loved. The new manager had ruined her experience. She ordered a pizza well done, received it normal, asked for it to be cooked a bit longer, the manager loudly and vocally says once it’s done again “hey ask that woman is this is good enough” in a rough tone. Dudes bringing the place downhill. Replace that tool and fix it. Used to be dope.

Pizza wasn't cooked, just dough and uncooked toppings. Its weird ? This was a complete waste of $50, with no food to eat still. There is no quality control with take out food anymore. I won't be back. Don't waste your hard earned money here.

Received pizza on a timely manner. Pizza was delivered and it all had slid to one side in delivery box. Crust was dough. 2nd time I've had poor service for the store on Cosgray Rd. in Hilliard Ohio. Never again!!

Ordered last night and this was the most under cooked pizza I've gotten anywhere. The quality has really gone down hill over the last few months and I never get my extra sauces I order. Maybe I'll try again in a few months and see if anything changes.

The worker dropped the plastic utincel for the doe and picked up put right back in the pan I told the guy at front counter he started getting smart and said what do you want me to do about it very sad service
