Honestly the food was better than I expected. Since I’ve been in Ireland I’ve been lacking seasoning, this was a nice refresher and the group meal was to die for. The waitress Viola was so nice and listened to all of our requests with a group of 20+ people! She was outstanding!

This review is for Hoyo's Kitchen in North Market Bridge Park 6750 Longshore St, Dublin, OH 43017 (Somali Street Food). I was served by a very rude and unwelcoming cashier on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 during the lunch hour. He completely got my order wrong and when I asked for what I had ordered, he yelled in my face. He was very unprofessional and had a lot of negative energy right from the beginning when I was placing my order and asking for guidance on how to order. He was condescending and cold. I had to go to another restaurant to order because what he gave me was food I am not permitted to eat due to medical reasons. He was not willing to listen or be welcoming and polite. If this is the kind of customer service you are offering at Hoyo's Kitchen, I highly recommend to other clients to avoid ordering at Hoyo's Kitchen. The employee you have representing you as the cashier is driving your clients away and is not welcoming at all. Please be aware of who you place in your restaurant to represent you. He is not doing a good job at all. I will definitely not be returning to order any food at Hoyo's Kitchen in the future. It was my first time and definitely the last time. I have also shared this information with others.

The service was awful. The bartenders would fit the Short North clientele better than the Dublin community. The atmosphere is odd. It's like sitting in the back room of a dental office. You know, the place where they store their dental impression molds and sterilization equipment. The drinks are okay if you like ine single thing.... that's right Gin. It just doesn't fit our Dublin community. I give it 18 months... 24 at most.

Kyle was very attentive and customer focused no matter if you were a regular or not…saw 3 people walk past my empty glass to go talk to another customer ( an apparent regular) instead of helping me while Kyle was busy with walk ups at the bar Coming from an efficiency background your bartenders are more concerned about specific customers than those being serviced by other bartenders.
My favorite neighborhood bar where the bartenders remember you, provided fine service and make awesome drinks! They have fun events like bingo and trivia occasionally. They also have lots of cocktails to choose from, beer and wine and you can buy bottles to take home. Lots of food vendors to choose from and you can eat at the bar.

We stopped by Market Bar while waiting for out table at a local restaurant. I decided to snag an Old Fashioned while we waited. I swapped the bourbon with some Weller's Red Label. The fragrance of orange was on point and the Weller's was the star! Perfect Old Fashioned!
