Service was slow and inconsistent. Food was great Drinks took longer than should and one needed to be remade

Food and service were both excellent. We were seated quickly and the food came out hot and fresh and was amazing.

I’ve been frequent to Matt’s including their older locations for almost 10 years. Food has always been great and the drinks are just as tasty.

I have been to the location in West Chester and had a great experience so my expectations may have been elevated, but this experience was nowhere near close to it. The food was not that good and the service was not great (forgotten drinks and incorrect drinks, used plates filling up the table surface between courses). I’ll go back to the West Chester location but not this one. The only thing that was equally as great was the decor and atmosphere.

We always have great food but Justin is BY FAR our favorite employee. Wish he was behind the bar more!

The salmon was under cooked, and unsafe. The turkey dinner was extremely dry and inedible. The pumpkin pie was what I would expect to get from a grocery store freezer. The pretzel bites and the server were the only positive part of the meal. It was very disappointing overall.

Matt the Miller offered us the best dining experience on Thanksgiving Day 2025! The expanded menu upon arrival was a treat! We switched from walleye (which we love!) to salmon - and loved it! Our waitperson Nicki (Nicollet) was poised, charming and spot-on since we gave her all our course choices up front - and she remembered them all on time! She never lost her cool as the restaurant filled up. We met the manager, Aly. We told her that we loved the energy in the restaurant on Thursday! It was about a dozen couples (like us) and many families. It was a little noisy, but it was fun noise! Everyone was engaged in happy conversation. They laughed with each other and with the wait staff. No one lost their cool. It truly was like being with our large family in a home for dinner. We are grateful that everyone at MTM puts so much effort into this day and we appreciate them even more than our usual dining events with them. Over the years, we've lost the Grandview and the Polaris/Gemini sites. We hope the Dublin site stays for many more years. Based on a full house any time we are there - and especially Thursday - we hope they know they are are loved and choose to stay!I

Service was horrible. Waited for 30 min for our drink. Then had to wait like 10 more minutes to order. Good when arrived was good and hot!

Fish was not available Wednesday BUT Eliza helped us navigate through the menu with humor and insight for tasty options to substitute. The food was what Eliza said it would be. She made the evening a genuine pleasure.

We were seated for 10 minutes before menus were brought and drink orders taken. Then, we sat for another 20 minutes before our orders was taken. At exactly the one hour mark, we were brought our salads. I was very disappointed and will not return. I used to love the Restaurant on Grandview and never had this happen.

This was not the best experience I've had with Matt the Miller. The steak was undercooked and too tough to eat. The veggies were a bit under cooked as well. Our server disappeared at various times and took a while to return. The plates from the appetizer were never cleared from the table. Definitely not the experience I am used to having and perhaps this was just an off day.

This is my third time here in the past month, and it has quickly become my new favorite restaurant! The food is so good and the managers that stopped by my table tonight made the night extra special!

Steak ordered medium well came out medium rare. Quickly fixed. But steak was not great quality all.

Our server was great and told us not to rush several times. It was a nice time catch up with friends and not feel rushed to order and leave. Food was excellent, I had salmon, my friend had walleye and the other strip steak. All very good. Thank you

The Bourbon Salmon was terrific! We loved the pretzel bites. Dustin was fun and did a great job of timing dinner with the appetizers.
