Sad to report that food quality is suffering at this store. Ordered 2 “Pick 2” meals for carryout tonight. Both “creamy” soups were more jello-like and lumpy. French dip sandwich was soggy and the meat very grisly and cheese non-existent. Four cheese grilled sandwich on ciabatta, which is usually warm and soft, was scorched/burned and dry and brittle. Very disappointing meal!
We will keep coming back in hopes of a better experience. They deserve our support as we have been coming here since they opened many years ago.

I love McCallister's delicious. I got the king club in a crescent. I ordered in advance so that I could grab my food and go. When I got there, it was still a good wait. But my order was correct and the food was delicious. I will be back, and I definitely recommend this deli for great selection and fresh food.

Megan was great! Even tho the line was long and she was Dealing with 2 very men entitled customers she held her cool and still provided great customer service to the next guest. The food was great and Xmas music made us laugh! Thanks again Megan we wish you the best.

I have ordered from this place twice on Door Dash and both times they have screwed up my order. This time they didn't add my wife's Brookie and both times I have order their Nachos they haven't delivered the chili or the cheese. Just chips with lettuce and olives on it. Trash.

Got a wrap and ask for no pork options. No ham, but it had bacon, which I had to pick off, and it was heavily loaded with a sweet mayonnaise. It did not show all the ingredients on the McAllister wrap

I've been eating here for a few years now and used to be very happy with everything. 3 of my last 4 trips, however, have been terrible. I'm not sure if it's new management or what. Incredibly long wait times (30+ minutes for an online order), sloppily thrown together food (gotta hurry when only 2 people are working), and frequently missing items will keep me away for a while. Hopefully they can pull it back together soon.

I have been waiting 50 minutes and counting for my sandwich. Someone went to check on my food and then came back and asked if I had my receipt. They forgot me again. This is a bad joke. Do NOT come here!

The food is always great, even when they don't get it perfect, they will gladly make up for it if you ask. I love the sandwiches, they're extremely meaty and filling, and the salads are always fresh and flavorful. Today I ordered a spud but wasn't able to get it due to preparation issues, but the chili and cookie they gave me made up for it! (Also try their chocolate chip cookies, they are PERFECT!~)
