Ordered last week a double fish sandwich. Did not get the correct order, emailed corporate who were going to get in touch with this store. Still no response from this Mc Donald's. All I asked is for a coupon for a free double fish sandwich since I paid for one and never got it. A week has gone bye and no response. I wish them well since it is a new store, but take care of your customers and fix your mistakes.

Placed a mobile order and waited patiently 15 mins to not be answered on the speaker. Then went up the the windows to not receive any help. Drive around the building 2-3 times, spent total of 25 mins trying to get my order to have to cancel it because worker refused to work and answer the window. I even drove out of my way to this location because all others were closed. I do not recommend this location.

No personable contact with any staff. Everyone behind the counter ignores and acts like they cant hear you, even though you have made eye contact with them plenty of times. Sign on the wall behind the counter says refill available upon request. So how can you request something if you are invisable? I wouldnt recomend this or any McDonald's. How sad that a very long standing business has come to this.

The dude that works the window long hair and painted nails purposely gets orders wrong and is always slacking. I’ve had a bad enough experience to come on here and do this.
