First time visiting. There were 2 workers joking around, kept interrupting us, and making fun of us while we were trying to order through the drive thru. Eventually we just left without ordering as they couldn't stop laughing to each other. Worst service I've ever received from fast food. Never going back to this location.

Went through the drive-through to get some breakfast this morning. I was so excited to get my steak,egg, and cheese beagle, but what i actually got was a beagle with 2 cheese slizes and an egg on it, no steak to be seen .. very disappointing, especially since the sandwich is almost $6. Usually, this McDonald is great, and i still eat my sandwich, but this is very disappointing.

Ok how do start this terrible experience. So it was thanksgiving day and I just wanted a nice breakfast sandwich meal for me and my family. So I drove to the nearest open McDonald's which was further away since the nearest was closed. I ended up waiting 30 minutes in the drive up line and didn't get an order taken. Seemed they were taking an order and making it before the next. Several cars pulled out of line behind us. The car in front of us left without her order taken after 15 minutes. There must have been only 1 worker with that terribly slow service. You all should have just closed and posted a sign. It's better to close than disappoint.

Live across the street so I frequent here, always underdressed immature people who don’t listen to what you fully order so mistakes are made. I worked a 16 hour day and just needed food came through it was hours old called in nicely to say I honestly wouldn’t eat it and would bring it back but I under stand it’s after 9:30pm so I will bring it back another day. He told me they don’t close until 11 so I was like are you sure it says 10. I drove all the way back there with the cold food for them to be closed and it was 10:07. I usually let little things go but this just topped it off when you’re in management and handle people that keep your business running with an attitude that you’re too lazy to practice your own standards of service. Thanks for nothing

My family lives in this area so I’m in town a few times a year. The service at this location is always some of the worst I’ve ever seen, who is hiring/managing these employees? No “hi, welcome to McDonalds, what can I get for you today?” It’s “what do you want??” “Is that it??” “Pull around.” The words “thank” and “you” don’t exist in this place. To boot, I drive around and pay at the first window and she just hands me back my card, not saying a word. I wait a few seconds and ask “are we good then?” She’s on her phone! Doesn’t even look up and just says “yep.”I understand good work is hard to find and these are kids, but simple workplace courtesy towards customers isn’t that challenging. Owner is likely hiring kids at basement pay and doesn’t care what they do so long as they’re making a few cents more every day. Pay employees a living wage and hold them to a professional standard. Just sad.
