Gave a 1-star to bring attention to this review. The food was good, the service was punctual, but it’s hard to have a good atmosphere when the whole restaurant can hear the manager calling her employees “stupid” and “idiots.” It is not very professional and I felt bad for the employees working with her. I don’t know her name, but she was working December 14th at 2:30 pm. Someone above her needs to discuss her tone with her team members.

I always go to THIS McDonalds everytime I want to get McDonalds and there ice cream machine is Never broken but all the others have there Ice cream machine is BROKEN.Just saying get chocolate ice cream PLEASE (I love this McDonalds)#Get chocolate Ice cream

I go here alot and its just starting to get very frustrating having to pull forward no matter what i order, I get needing to keep drive through times down for corperate but there hits a point when it's just unreasonably padding ur numbers. I have gone here multiple times a week for years and im done.

We went to order drive through and they switched like 3 people and we ended up paying separately and more for value meal also we were dropped off without letting us complete our order so we had so go in and then they created like a whole mess omg it took like a half an hour for this whole 5 minutes ordeal plus they didn’t even give us the receipt. Never going in again!

It's McDonald's. Everything was fresh and hot in our mobile order. Just had to run back in to get ketchup.
Chicken sandwhcih was missing monopoly piece. Otherwise was good

I thought a meal included a drink. I was charged for one, it was not included with my sandwich and fries cost.

Ordered it on the app. It was the wrong location took 25 minutes because the app said it was ready for this at this location got here and they told me that they were not able to make my meal. Not even willing to give me a coffee for the convenience because our app screwed upand asked me what they wanted me to do for it. I will never give anyone any service here ever again this is pitiful and I’m ashamed of McDonald’s.

I placed an order through the app 10 or 11 days ago. The app glitched out and I ended up having two charges for the order. No big deal. This should be a simple fix. But the customer service experience has been garbage. Not only have I not received a refund for the duplicate order, I have not even received a response from an actual human person. I keep receiving what can only be bot responses claiming that the issue has been sent to the appropriate management and that I'm a valued customer. Well. Both of those are obviously untrue. This is an unacceptably bad level of customer service.

e: It has not been more than a month since the issue. There is still no resolution. I did receive a response from the regional customer retention office; however I have not received any further responses from that individual nor have I received a refund for the order.

I've been going here for years! It's always good, fresh, fast food. I always have a good experience here with no complaints! This McDonald's always pulls through for me when I need fast food!

Poor customer service. Always on phones . When you go inside. And the drive through is always a 15- almost 30 wait with 3 cars in line . Rather it’s night or daylight. McDonald need to shut down . They never care to check on any issues at any location. As long as they keep making bank
