Been multiple times through drive thru and consistently receive the wrong order. I have to park, walk in, and get it corrected.
You have been asking if people are using the app. I used the app and you are not able to accommodate a mobile order through the drive through without parking the car. The lines are already terribly long and then an extra wait on top of that. This is not the McDonald’s I am used to.
I would recommend shutting down the dine-in section...if your going to refuse service to someone without a mask I think it would be appropriate to make sure everyone inside has a mask on while in the building. Just seems odd that your able to eat inside without a mask but your not aloud to order.
