CAME THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH TO GET 2 GRINCH THEMED MEALS I ASKED FOR THE FRIES FRESH WITH NO SALT I HAD A FEELING BY THE FEW SECONDS OF QUITNESS THEY WEREN'T GONNA DO IT I ASKED FOR NO SALT BECAUSE THE GRINCH MEAL ALREADY CAME WITH A GRINCH SALT DILL PICKLE SEASONING PACK AND FIGURED THAT WOULD BE TOO MUCH SALT INSTEAD THEY GAVE ME OLDER FRIES WITH SALT ON THEM SO I DIDNT GET TO TRY MY GRINCH SALT ON MY FRIES BECAUSE THEY WERE ALREADY TO SALTY TO ENJOY I ALSO ASKED FOR KETCHUP THEY PUT IT ON THE RECEIPT AND STILL DIDN'T GIVE IT TO ME PLUS THEY DIDN'T EVEN GIVE ME NAPKINS IT WAS MY FIRST TIME GOING TO THIS LOCATION CONSIDERING ITS THE NEAREST TO ME I HONESTLY WAS DISAPPOINTED

Used to be pretty good but the food and service quality has recently tanked. Food is sometimes subpar, with rotten lettuce on McChicken for example. The last two times I’ve been they’ve gotten my order wrong and even though I contacted McDonalds, this restaurant never got back to me. Also they cheated the drive time by asking me to circle around the building again.

I feel like I have to post about this specific McDonald’s because I always go through the drive thru and, no matter what time of day it is or how busy they are, the person taking my order is always polite and pleasant, you can understand what they are saying through the intercom, and they tell me to pull around to the first window to pay. By the time they hand me back my debit card and I pull up to the second window, they are waiting to hand me my order. I promise you that this is definitely not the case at every McDonald’s! So, if you’re in the Dublin, Ohio area and want to stop at a McDonald’s, I highly recommend this one.
This place was generational. Me and my family ate here for me and my wife’s 20th anniversary and it blew us away, Great service, amazing food and kind staff this mcdonald’s is a must see when visiting Dublin, Ohio

Just went there to get food. 10:25 p.m. the person taking the order screamed at me saying that they were closed because she clocked out at 11:00 p.m.. I told her it was 10:25 and she was insistent that they're closed because she clocks out at 11:00 p.m.
