Very disappointed. Said their machines were down during business hours and were very rude about it. Me and my family will not be returning and we do not recommend this place. If you wish to have a pleasant experience I would stray away from this establishment

Very disappointed...Stopped in around 8pm and 90% of the ice cream was out if it seemed to be the hs hangout with 40+ kids hanging out and gathering around the soft serve machines. I can understand a nice Friday night but nothing available is not good!

Good flavors. Kinda dark atmosphere when I went (maybe the lights were turned off), and when I went to check out, it took a while for someone to get to me.
Ever since moving from California, I have been looking for a place with tart frozen yogurt similar to Pinkberry.
This place was suggested to me through Facebook. Although they are slightly comparable, I would say they have a LOT of room for improvement..
The associates are not very friendly or helpful, it was my first time in this place and no one helped me BS hearing them helping others who came in after me...
It was also disappointing to see that there were no dairy free options besides fruit flavors... but I guess I cannot compare everything to my choices back in Los Angeles.
They did have a lot of toppings so that was great, and I will also say that their pricing was good as well.
However, I will not be back

The shop is clean and welcoming. The frozen yogurt flavors are so delicious! And the variety of toppings is fantastic!

I am a regular customer & menchies is my fav froyo location in the Columbus area. They always have several flavor offerings & a ton of toppings to choose from. At checkout it asks about a tip amount & the lowest preselected amount is 15%, this is always disappointing to see at these types of establishments. This would have been selected by the owner/franchisee. This is self-serve & the only "service" being provided by employees is at checkout. A few times when I have been in customers will be "sampling" flavors & tend to stand right in front of the machines blocking people from making their cups while they make their decisions. It would be nice if the employees would direct the customers to step back while they making a decision as it's pretty tight between the cash wrap/machines.

Awesome place! The staff is super friendly, incredibly helpful. They're always pretty packed in the evenings, but they still keep the line moving, toppings stocked, etc.
