I have never in my 31 years of life had better service than Caitlyn gave me. I didn’t want for anything my needs were met before i knew knew I wanted them. She knew the menu and answered all my annoying questions and even gave me a piece of advise I’ll hold onto forever. I never thought I’d trust a random waitress more than my childhood best friends but she taught me it was possible. Life long customer

Dinner for my wife's birthday. Party of 5. Pretty mediocre across the board. Burnt chicken (which they did replace upon request), no sauce on pasta, cold risotto, smaller portions, ugh. Just honestly disappointed especially at lofty prices.
Delightful restaurant. The food and staff were amazing! Thank you!

Service was great. Columbus isn't short on Italian restaurants. Made reservation and sat in an uncomfortable space between elevator and bathroom when more options were available. Food was okay but would probably choose other restaurants in the future. Dublin is charming.
Andrew was an excellent asset to our dining experience. He was attentive and timely. The food was excellent and we didn't have to wait too long for it to arrive. We truly enjoyed our evening at Mezzo.

We booked Mezzo for our wedding rehearsal dinner and my goodness, wow wow wow! We were in the Evergreen Room, which is beautiful and spacious. The staff did an excellent job serving us and were very friendly. The food was DELICIOUS! We loved that we were able to select multiple options for our guests to choose from. We worked with Erica to plan the seating arrangements and iron out final details - she was very timely in her responses, helpful in her feedback, and overall very pleasant to work with! This space is absolutely perfect for a wedding rehearsal dinner or any other private dining experience. The space is beautiful by itself, but it's also a perfect canvas to add personal touches with florals and decor. The location is also amazing - we were able to walk over to a nearby brewery for a night cap, and our guests were blown away by the quaint aesthetic of the area. Absolutely so so happy with our experience with Mezzo, cannot recommend them enough!

Mezzo is cozy and intimate. It feels like an upscale experience without losing the comfortable feel of your local tavern. The food and service are excellent. The noise level is also very accommodating. You can easily enjoy conversation without competing with loud background music or the constant drone of televisions. They've also hosted live music. It was very tasteful and enhanced the experience. The bar area does have some televisions but the layout of the restaurant allows for different experiences depending on where you are seated. The ambience is lovely, but in practical terms, it's just a little too dark in there to read the menus. I love the Edison bulb lighting but it really is just a bit too dark to read. Definitely an enjoyable experience and will be looking forward to our next visit.
Came in for a celebration, was greeted warmly and taken care of wonderfully. The food was top notch and the apple pie cake was a perfect send off.
Average overall experience! Terrible smell downstairs and nobody could tell you what or why? Services was sporadic. Food is average.

This was one of the worst meals I have had in a very long time. 5 of us came in for the first time as we go to a lot of Buckeyes games from out of town we figured we would try this place as we were staying across the river. Server was pretty good except for when the food came none of our app plates were cleared so we had to hand the food runner all of our used plates and bowls and he had to turn around put our food back on the tray and then take our dishes and re- deliver the food. This is when the real disappointment came. The food was gross and incredibly poor serving sizes for the cost. Maybe that was a good thing though. Carbonara was the worst I have ever had. Added chicken, maybe 3 oz at most. My son added shrimp to his. 4 tiny shrimp. Bolognese sauce was runny and thin and looked like it came out of box. For $30 plus per a plate this was embarrassing. Even the wedding soup was tasteless and the cup was basically a sample size. Small bowl halfway filled up. Just very disappointing compared to the other Italian options in the area.

Happy hour is always great! Upstairs atmosphere is good as well. Fries are one of the best in yown. Pizza is better than Forno (for comparison). My usual got to meal is the carbonara however, this past visit it was horrible. Thick and pasty. Got the veggie noodles and added chicken as always, for a total of $38ish. Definitely not even close to being worth that much. Disappointed this visit. Hope the next will be improved.

We've dined at Mezzo may times ove the years - including the one that used to be at Creekside in Gahanna. Food is always very good along with service and this visit was no exception. Our server Kelly was great - attentive but not hovering - and our salad, entrees and drinks were wonderful, especially the clever tiramisu manhattan!
