Youngstown born and raised. Very proud of my hometown so when I moved here I was very happy to hear there was a “ Youngstown themed bar” in Columbus. If you’re from Youngstown and are excited to go here, don’t. Bartender was from Austintown and was working today. When we asked him when was the last time he went home, he stated, “ there is no reason to go back there”. Went in with two friends from Youngstown who came down this weekend. The owner is very nice but was not in today. I was mentioning to my friends that they are a Youngstown bar and was showing them the many items on the menu that are Youngstown themed. As he heard our conversation, he interrupted and said “we are not a Youngstown bar”. We were surprised at that response, based on their google explination and menu, and Youngstown decor. We then looked up at the white board, and Wednesday’s are “Youngstown theme night”. After our confusion we questioned him
he responded, “if you keep bringing this up I’ll be happy to walk you out”. We cashed out and left. Very disappointing and surprised at the response and negativity. If I owned this great place, I would be very concerned about having him on staff. As I said, the owner is very nice but I’m not sure he is aware of his staffs attitude. Very disappointing. Don’t advertise you are a Youngstown bar and hire people who don’t have the pride from being from there. Won’t be back. It’s a shame.

Fabulous pizza. Friendly quick service. Fun atmosphere. Best meatballs anywhere!!! We were visiting the area and ate here two out of three nights. Don’t miss this place. Casual and so good.

My boyfriend and I go to bridge park regularly and have always had our eye on this place but never gone in until yesterday. We thought it looked great and had VR and darts, but barely had a chance to look before the bartender angrily rushed up to tell us the place was closed, which clearly wasn’t, as the door was open and the bar was full. He then clarified that there was a work party, and we had to leave. As service industry workers ourselves, we would not treat patrons the way he did, and will not be returning. There are other pizza and beer options within walking distance. Please have a sign next time, and treat all customers with respect as we did by understanding and leaving quickly. I hope others did not have the same experience we did that day by choosing to stop in.

Went after hiking. Found out they have the beer of my youth Strohs! They have it in their Hall of Fame cooler😀

I came in on a later afternoon/early evening on a Monday and was greeted by a delightful young lady behind the bar who served me a fantastic Bloody Mary and made some very fine recommendations for some food. The Bloody Mary was mixed expertly and quickly and the food was served almost as quick. The service here is top shelf! The meatball bowl was the best I had ever had and the pasta salad was fantastic! I loved the atmosphere in here as well. Friendly, safe, and just an all around good vibe. I will definitely be back and want to maybe play some darts next time. My highest recommendation for a safe, fun, relaxing bar with terrific service which is as it should be.

Youngstown bar in the heart of Columbus. Cold beer, great atmosphere, and some of the best pizza (and meatballs) in the city. If you've never been, you should rectify that and order yourself a Butcher, Stand-up Guy, Regular Bowl, and a side of Pesto Pasta Salad!

Newer bartenders are such fun! Great meatballs and pizza! A great place to meet friends and clientele are of all ages.

Missing Jimmy's is a great place to get a drink and some food with my mom after a long week. The staff is always funny and friendly. As a y-town descendant it definitely feels like home. I'm even wearing my missing Jimmy's t-shirt right now! My favorite bar in the area.
