We had a very mixed experience at Napa Kitchen and Bar, Dublin . Unfortunately, the hostess was extremely rude—she didn’t greet us at all and had a clear attitude from the moment we arrived, which set a negative tone for the night. She also neglected to give us a kid’s menu, which was corrected later by our waiter.
That said, to be fair, our waiter completely turned things around. He was super nice, very attentive, and genuinely made the evening pleasant. His service was excellent and is the reason we still enjoyed our meal.
I would eat here again, but if I see the same hostess, I will likely turn around and go elsewhere.

Appetizers were pretty good. Wife asked for no Sriracha on the shrimp came out with Sriracha. Burgers were not too good. Very dry and no flavor. Went to Roosters after we left and spent less money for amazing burgers. Two of us had food we didn’t finish. Server was awful. Waited 30 minutes for drinks. Only came by the table once to check on our beverages. Asked for 3 separate checks for all of our parties at the table and just brought 1 for the whole table. We just paid one versus trying to explain what the breakout.

Every time we’ve come here I’ve found a new room and more eclectic wine 🍷 bottle decor I hadn’t noticed the last time. 😍
I’m looking forward to 2026, and seeing if they can keep the title 🏆.

The service was spot on. The food was quick, hot and fresh. We have a gluten free family member and they took extra care to make her food was correct. As a party of 7 on a Sunday brunch time frame, they were on top of it. Our Server took great care of us. We will definitely be back. Perfect experience!
