I used to go to new chopsticks for lunch almost every week reasonable prices for reasonable food and then as every restaurant does less food more money and now it just seems like a scam to me

Ordered for pick up. Website was easy enough to navigate and order though. Paid using Apple Pay and got an email confirmation immediately. Ordered pork fried rice, hunan beef, general tso's chicken, egg drop soup, egg roll, and crab Rangoon. Came with two white rices as well. Everything tasted fresh and good. Tons of food for the $$$. The woman working when I went in was friendly and my food was ready at the quoted time. Definitely a little hole in the wall place, tucked back off Sawmill but was easy to find. Will be ordering again.

My favorite lunch while I worked down the street. If you don't order ahead, you will only wait about 10mins for your food. General Tzao's chicken is the best!

The order taker was friendly and welcoming. The restaurant it self was pretty clean. We took home the food and it was disgusting. It did not taste anything like orange and general tsos chicken. There was too much sauce. The rice was hard. We ordered fried rice but there weren't any veggies in it. Do not eat at new chopsticks. Honestly, Panda Express is better and not that good.

Very delicious, made fresh. Clean and tidy. Friendly service! I met my brothers here and we enjoyed our meals very much. Lunch specials made it very affordable as well.

I have not been here in 20 years. I got General Tso's and fried rice. The rice was just okay. The Gen Tso's had large chicken chunks but needed more sweetness in the sauce. I will go back and try one more Chinese dish.

Beef chow fun is amazing here! Don't order the American Chinese dishes like sweet and sour and General Tso's and get this. Wow!!

Not bad. Food used to be much better a few years ago but it's decent.

Probably one of the hidden gem in Columbus. Get the crispy chicken, pipa tofu, spicy fish fillet with string bean. Very affordable pricing, great food. For the lunch menu, their sesame chicken is great.

I ordered through door dash. It was quick and the portions are good sizes but no flavor. New to the area but I won't pick this as my new Chinese spot.
