The braised chicken noodle soup dish was superb - it tasted like home! Be warned: it has chicken bones, and that’s how it is traditionally made!Must: if you see the braised lamb rice combo on the menu, definitely get it! I am still thinking about the flavor weeks after.

I have been looking for spicy and flavorful for so long in Ohio!! They succeeded in meeting both, and a robot delivers drinks and food! The spicy wonton soup was so delicious! ?

Service was polite and fast. We ordered the szechuan beef noodle soup extra spicy and lamb mo noodle soup. The broth for both was tasty, but the spiciness barely registered for my husband even though I asked for extra spicy. The lamb mo was really tasty, but barely had any noodles in it. My husband's dish had double the noodles of mine. Would eat there again.

Noodles tasted amazing and it’s a very cool process to watch them make it. The braised chicken soup tasted delicious! So much flavor and spice packed in the broth. Super fast service and got my soup handed to me by a robot which was a very unique experience. Workers were very nice, and options are reasonably priced as well. I gave four stars because some of the bones in the soup were sharp and I had to separate them, but everything else was absolutely amazing! I’ll definitely be back to try the other food options here!!

The menu was smaller than I thought but the noodles were fresh handmade. They also had a server robot which was cool. You could see them make the noodles by hand. They offer Chinese style beef soups, lamb soups, dumplings and a few other things.

Stopped by for lunch and had an very good meal. The Beijing noodles were very tasty and the griddle pie was ok. Definitely on my list to try again.

Food was good I got braised beef and my husband got Sichuan ramen everything was really good up until 5 am the next morning my husband runs to the restroom with diarrhea and projectile puking his lugs out so just a heads up you may or may not get food poisoning From here we spent $35 here I regret spending that much money just to get sick my stomach hasn't been sitting well since after we ate here either

I really like their beef noodle soup and tomato & egg noodles. I always try to order both when I go. I wouldn't recommend the soup dumplings unless you like them with really thick skin and chewy. It's well priced. You get to see the chef make the noodles that's kind of cool if you never seen fresh noodles being made before. They even have a robot now dropping off food to the tables. Been there at least 3 times over the last few years and the food taste consistent which is a great thing for a restaurant.

Overall, I really enjoy the food, but I will say that it's not always consistent (it can be hit or miss). The szechuan broth is flavorful and I love the hand pulled noodles. Soup dumplings lack the soup but the other things on their menu make up for it.

There used to be a rice bowl restaurant here that was excellent but today I went to Noodle Topia and spent $18 on 2 items. The green onion pancakes are exactly what it says and I wouldn't order again. I also have had better soup dumplings in the frozen department at the local grocery store. Maybe the noodles are better but I will never find out.

Good food and good service. Not bad for the Midwest! We had pork buns, braised beef noodle soup, soup dumplings, and Szechuan noodle soup. The Szechuan noodle soup was rather salty for my taste but the flavor was still really good. The soup dumplings were good as well but I've have had better. Overall, it was a good experience, good service, and a robot brought out our food. That was pretty cool! I'll be back for sure. Just will shoot for lower sodium choices.

I had high hopes for this place but unfortunately it was not good. My table top was not wiped down well. The service was not good even though the place was completely empty. The beef noodle soup was terrible. The meat was cooked well but had a lot of fat. The noodles were made fresh and tasted okay but lacked bite. The milk tea boba tasted like water and the bubbles were mushy and old.

I am always on the lookout for authentic Chinese food, so this restaurant seemed highly recommended. First, I have to say I just came back from my hometown of Sacramento and there are many Chinese restaurants there, albeit they are Cantonese style. We were the only ones in the restaurant, and the first thing you see is a huge chalkboard with the daily specials written out in English and Mandarin. There's a long hightop counter and chairs to sit at, but we chose to sit at a regular table where we could see the cook doing his thing. More on that later. The server gave us menus and we could tell there wasn't going to be much conversation in English, so I had to dig deep into the recesses of my brain to access all of those hours I spent learning Mandarin on Memrise. Unfortunately, wo shuo de Putonghua bu hao, I speak Mandarin badly, so we communicated by finger pointing. My husband ordered the braised beef rice noodle soup and I ordered the egg and tomatoes with shaved noodles, and a pork bun. It was fun watching the cook shave the noodles off a block into the soupy base. I've never had these kind of noodles before. The server came with our waters (in plastic Dixie cups ) with his fingers on the rims. So did we drink? No. My husband said his meal was delicious, and the rice noodles were soft. He added some of the chili oil from the condiments at the table. I thought my dish was interesting with the shaved noodles being denser and chewier because they are made from wheat and not rice. The pork bun was not what I expected at all. I expected it to be a steamed smooth dough with the pork concealed inside. Instead, this pork bun looked like ground pork stuffed in a pan fried bun. In fact, while my husband ate his complete meal, I took half my shaved noodle dish and pork bun home, and I ended up refusing to eat it. So the verdict is that maybe I'm not really into Mandarin style cuisine. Maybe I'm just a Cantonese kinda gal, so I probably won't go back.

I had high hopes for this restaurant based on online reviews, but I was somewhat disappointed. I came on a Sunday afternoon with two others. The place was empty except for another table that was leaving. We ordered a variety of noodle dishes, appetizers and soup dumplings. As others have noted, the soup dumplings were devoid of broth. They were more like meat dumplings. The braised beef noodle soup was bland. While the noodles in the soup were fresh and hand made, the noodles were hard to chew and clumped together. I applaud the restaurant for its ambition in selling authentic Chinese food not found elsewhere, but the execution falls short.

Took carry out from here today for dinner. The inside is fairly quaint. There was nobody in the restaurant. We were greeted promptly. These are hand pulled noodles fresh made to order. The noodles are really fresh tasting. The Beijing noodle dish was a bit salty. The lamb kebabs were tender and flavorful. My wife had the beyond noodles. It's was a flat noodle with a togarashi type spice added. Noodle itself was very good and the spice was tasty. The black fungus dish was a bit odd. It is a cold dish and the mushrooms have a rubbery feel to them. There are not too many vegetarian options in regards to the noodles.
