Maddie was amazing, she had fantastic customer service. I never had to ask for any refills. She went through the menu with us and helped us figure out what we wanted and the food was great! Definitely coming back and hoping she is our server next time!

PF Chang never goes wrong food was always good but but but this time it was not good at all shrimp fried rice is also not good - and dynamite shrimp taste completely changed , may be new chef ..If they can bring back the same flavors to the food I will definitely recommend

We had a reservation on Valentine's Day. When we got there they were overbooked and there was a wait for tables. ALL the staff were amazing during a chaotic night. The staff was calm, nice, and professional! Once we were sat to eat and got our food we were able to find out that the manger Dylan was the one serving us. After a brief talk we found out 7 people called off that night. We did have a bit of a wait but the staff handled everything amazing considering! Dylan always had a smile on his face and was very kind! The food was of course delicious! This was our first time at this location and we will definitely be back!

Awful, don’t even try to get a reservation. I booked an 8pm reservation in advance for valentine’s day because i was taking a 3.5 hrs trip there for the weekend and was excited to try this restaurant. after getting there and waiting in a 10 min in line i was told it would be an additional 1hr plus because they had completely overbooked and had 20 plus people with reservations waiting to be sat. the whole time the dining room was almost completely empty. ridiculous and unacceptable especially for valentine’s day. will not be going to a P.F. Chang’s again.

Pf Changs ruined my date night. Just about everything that went wrong did. Hire better hostesses. Get better food. And don't f sit another couple at someone else's table.

This is actually the worst service I have ever received in my life. This restaurant does not understand what a reservation is. My partner and I went for Valentine’s Day after make a reservation for 6:30 weeks in advance. However, this did not matter as we had to wait until past 7:00 to be sat. Three hostess at the front were not helpful, and frankly had a bit of an attitude with many of the guests reasonably addressing their frustration. Others there who had made reservations a month in advance were also in the same boat waiting 30+ minutes for a table past their reservation time. You know it’s bad when everyone waiting starts to cheer and applaud when you finally get your table. But wait…they made several couples SHARE tables!! Not only was it well past our reservation time, but now several couples are sharing tables with strangers…ON VALENTINE’S DAY! The servers were completely understaffed and I watched many people be sat and wait for 10 minutes before anyone greeted them. And on top of all that the managers refused to let them turn off their online reservations so more and more people just kept coming in. The only reason I am even giving this place a one star is for our server Payton, she was an absolute delight and was the only one to look us in the eye and actually apologize for what was going on. As someone who works in the service industry I tried to give everyone the benefit of doubt, but they blew it right out of the water with their attitude. Overall this was a horrible experience and I don’t recommend anyone go there if you suspect it will be busy, or if it is a holiday.

Si angry and disappointed with this place. Paid over $70 for two adult meals and a kids meal with a small dessert. When it arrived nearly two hours later the soufflé was sunken in with no ice cream, my chicken meal was too spicy to eat, and the kids chicken was incredibly dry with no sauce. All of the rice both white and brown was dry. I will say the $30 Mongolian beef my husband got was amazing. But overall I’m very disappointed.
