Whenever I go to restaurants the server never gives me enough water but Isaiah kept the water coming. He was friendly, fast, and professional. And the food was great!

PF.Chang had been on our to-visit list for a long time and they met all our expectations. The food was delicious, served in generous portions. The atmosphere was laid back, while service was attending with a smile. Next day after our visit, I noticed I had left my credit card there. I called and they had set it aside for me to pick up. We will definitely return.

My two children and I went to P.F Changs on black Friday while out shopping, we got seated right away, then wait over 20 minutes and no service. The restaurant was not that busy and there was a big group there, but I feel that is not a reason for someone not to notice us nor get drinks or our order. We decided to eat some where else, (which we did get great service there ).On the way out I did speak to the manager , but I will say it felt like to me he just dismissed the situation. Very disappointing experience to say the least.

We visited on 11/22/25 around 2pm. Our server was Brea. Someone in our party has a peanut allergy, so we let Brea know. She went the extra mile and had the manager print out a food allergy friendly menu, which we ordered from. Brea was kind and attentive throughout our experience, filling our drinks and offering a smile. We greatly appreciate the safety precautions that were offered to our relative with the food allergy. We'll definitely return in the future and hope that Brea will be our server again.

My sister & I had lunch arriving before noon. We both ordered soup & entree with soup arriving first with entree served fight after, then ordered 2 egg rolls which came in a carryout container-when I said I wanted to eat one, the server just shrugged. Although, not at all busy, the server seemed to want us to finish quickly, so she brought our check before we were done. I paid cash which required change back. They shorted me .85 and said it was because they did not have any change, so I was shorted. When I complained, the server acted 'put out' and took a long while to get me the correct change & threw it on the table. Food was ok, and not all that satisfying. Because of this and the service was poor will prevent me from returning.

It was delicious also however, it was spicy. I didn't say anything to the server because I was able to eat enough of it to not be hungry anymore. We just returned from a trip to DC and I fractured my pelvic bone so I was in a lot of pain and just needed to eat no time to wait on it to be remade. Service was great everything was hot and delicious my husband really enjoyed his Changs spicy chicken. Thank you for a great meal before returning home from our trip

I was in a few weeks ago and my server Emmy was handling so many tables and a party, and still gave amazing service. An older looking staff member appearing to be a manager very loudly scolded a young host, which I felt was a very poor choice of leadership, and should’ve been addressed in private. I had an overall good experience but that really was distressing to see especially from someone who works in the food industry.

Carry out at this location is awful now. 3 times over the past several months I’ve done carry out. It’s a minimum of 10 minutes late. Carry out seems to be a side gig when they have time. It took 5 minutes for someone to even ask if I was helped….and then she disappeared. The restaurant was maybe 25% full…
This place is disappointing.
