I visit other nearby Panera Bread locations pretty often, and I usually have a good experience — but unfortunately, today at this location was nothing like that.
I ordered just a simple bagel — nothing complicated. I got an “Order is ready” notification and went to the counter right away, but my food wasn’t there. Meanwhile, customers who ordered after me were getting theirs first. When I asked, I was told to wait, and more orders kept coming out for others. It really felt like mine was ignored.
And when I finally received it, the butter I requested still wasn’t included. The bagel itself was fine (+1 star!), but good food doesn’t make up for poor service. I hope this was just a one-time mistake and not what this location intends to offer customers.

I’ve got only good things to say about this Panera. Panera isn’t a place I usually go on my own, but I’ve been involved with a group that meets at this one weekly for several months, and the workers are always super accommodating about letting us push tables together, turning down the music if it gets too loud, etc. The food and drink I’ve had there has always been good - I enjoyed the salad with the berries much more than I would have expected this past summer.

Good healthy food that feels like you are cheating when you are trying to watch your calorie intake. Any of their chicken salads are awesome. I love the calorie count for all the selections. It keeps me on target.

There was a guy cleaning tables when I walked in, he looked at me, but no greeting, no I will be with you, nothing. I stood at the counter for about maybe 4 minutes then the guy wiping tables came and took my order. He end up being nice and helpful because I don't eat at Panera so he explained about the pick2. I received my food and it was very good and fresh.
Literally felt like I got robbed here. $44 for two sandwiches and a kids mac & cheese, and the mac & cheese is about a half a cup. Barely any meat on my sandwich. Just wrong.

Good food however almost always a discussion to get all the utensils needed and a bag to hold all the bags included for my weekly visit to take lunch, breakfast, and coffee for my mom. Looking for other options or a simple solution.
Again, no spoons for two soup to go.
