Good food however almost always a discussion to get all the utensils needed and a bag to hold all the bags included for my weekly visit to take lunch, breakfast, and coffee for my mom. Looking for other options or a simple solution.

Friendly staff, great food, and a quiet atmosphere for studying. This is my second time coming here to study for finals, and it is apparent that the staff here truly care about what they do. They are consistently kind and have great attitudes

The girl at the register is very rude. Asked something about a membership card and we didn't get it and she gave a disgusted look. People like these ahould not be working in customer service. We are never going back to this location again.

I ordered a chicken sandwich , I didn’t know that it comes with bacon , I’m a Muslim and I don’t eat pork, the kitchen staff didn’t hesitate to re make it for me . That was so nice of them .
I ordered pick up, but this location doesn't seem to use its pick up shelf. Just slide over to the counter on the left and ask for your order. Love the food at Panera!

Came here and ordered my food in the drive-thru. Both, the person who took our order and the drive-thru worker were extremely rude. What happened to manners? My husband said thank you to both of them and they just ignored him and slammed the window. Why work In customer service if you are going to be silent the entire time? On top of that, I ordered chicken noodle soup and nearly the entire bowl was broth and chicken. No noodles to be seen. For the amount of money this place is, you’d think your service would be better. Won’t be back

I love Panera but this location is the pits. They NEVER make my garden caprese sandwich correctly. They put shredded lettuce on it which the sandwich doesn’t come with lettuce it comes with arugula. They also put one tiny piece of mozzarella and one tiny tomato on each 1/2 of the sandwich. ALL other locations I go to, make sure every bite is packed with all ingredients. Stay away from this location.
