I love Panera. I do not like what this Panera has become in the short few months it has been open. I have reported on two occasions where they have messed up my order. Thankfully, they made it right after the mistake but not until after attempting to make it my fault (I do not need to specify I want the apple chips in the Fugi Apple Chicken Salad...it is in the name YOU gave it!) . However, the mis-organization this particular location has is starting to become unbelievable....read full review
