Absolutely terrible experience that completely ruined my day.
I ordered a simple egg and cheese croissant, but was given one with bacon. I don’t eat meat, so I went back and politely asked for the correct order. One of the staff members took it, ripped the bacon off, and gave me back the same croissant with bacon pieces still on it. To top it off, she didn’t even hand it to me — she tossed it into the bag with a rude attitude.
I had to go back a third time, and another staff member gave me a replacement — but it was a burnt croissant.
This kind of service is unacceptable. The food was handled carelessly, the attitude was disrespectful, and I had to waste my time going back and forth just to get something I didn’t even enjoy. It genuinely ruined my morning and put me in a bad mood for the rest of the day.
I expected much better from Panera.

They gave me the wrong salad with nowhere close to enough dressing. They didn't give me cutlery to eat it with, so I had to shout into the kitchen very persistently to get it. Bottled water was not cold, so they told me to get a cup with ice, defeating the purpose of bottled water. There are also only very minimal outside tables and none inside, so I had to eat the salad in my car. The container wasn't great for that.

This location should be permanently CLOSED for how terrible service from the employees food is disgusting and the portions of the food is next to nothing.
First time there they didn't want to give me the cups I had for the drinks and then my order was wrong.
Second time I've gone and the last time ever I had ordered a soup and it was literally just all soup had two noodles in it and one piece of chicken worst $8 spent ever.

Out of stock of items that you are able to order online a day ahead. Don’t complete orders you can’t fulfill. It’s a waste of everyone’s time.
The website allows you to order for pickup here so I did and I got an email in the morning saying my order was ready. When I showed up, the order was not ready and apparently this is a “catering location” so they don’t even do pickup orders for bagels other than 2 types of bagels? They called but I didn’t see it until I got there. I had to cancel my order. Avoid this place if possible.
Very slow service and incorrect orders
This place is disgusting, it looks like it is in need of a good cleaning- trash everywhere, iced tea containers were all empty and crusty. Customer service was terrible too, took 20 minutes past my pick up time for the food to come out and the order was wrong (just soup and mac and cheese, nothing customized or difficult). Tried to call back for someone to assist and no one even acknowledged me. Just left as I didn’t feel like waiting any longer. This location just needs to be shut down.

Showed up on maps as a Panera, but now is just a “Panera To Go.” Only kiosks for ordering, extremely slow service, overall a bummer. Not sure these should exist.

They really should label the differences between a pickup location and an actual panera. This is a glorified kiosk. Ordered food on the app, assuming I would be able to eat inside. It also took way longer than usual, which wouldn't be an issue if there had been tables to get some work done while I waited, but nope. Annoying and time wasting.

Absolutely terrible customer service, cleanliness, and overall experience.
I ordered a bowl of soup and waited nearly 45 minutes due to their new kiosk system with supposedly “Rapid Pick Up”. It was anything but rapid.
One of the employees was standing outside vaping the entire time me and the other guests waited.
Not a single word was spoken from employees, just annoyed pissed off faces and loud bangs in the back.
Floors were incredibly sticky, drink centers were soaking wet, and the lighting is dim.
Seems like they try to have a nice futuristic system but have terrible management and employees who can’t operate efficiently or professionally.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
UPDATE: After 45 minutes I have been told that they do not have chicken noodle soup. So I just wasted 45 minutes waiting on a soup that said it was available at the kiosk just to be told they don’t even have it.

Restaurantji Recommends
I ordered from the app for delivery and the food was just tossed in the bag. My pastry was not in its own bag and crumbled over the rest of the items. It was also very dry (blueberry muffin). The driver forgot my drink ( I'm not sure if it's the the restaurants fault that there was no drink or it was forgotten by the driver) and when I tried multiple times to call the restaurant to get a refund, no one answered and the phone was disconnected.

Wow! Literally zero meat on my sandwich, wrong cookie, and honestly the worst part was getting my drink. Walking over to the other side of the room, the floors were so gross and sticky! Then I find that the beverage station is out of order anyways. (But I was charged for a drink). And there’s not a single person that will come to the front to help you. Went to throw the empty cup away and the trash was overflowing. I saw 3 people walk out in the time I was there and I should’ve followed suit. My salad was good, that’s where the 2nd star comes from there.

This is a self serving location. Took 15 min for a bowl of soup. There were several people waiting for their food. They said they have been waiting forever. The 2 ladies in the back did a terrible job with customer service. I sent an email to the store and no response. I will NEVER eat there again
