I'm not sure why they are rated so low. I've been here a few times and had no issues. Service has been decent and food is as good as any other Panera.
The atmosphere inside is a little meh just because it's all just terminals for ordering and pickup shelves...but this will likely continue to be a trend as most places will hide the people and have uot interacting with computers and robots. :P

I'm not sure why they are rated so low. I've been here a few times and had no issues. Service has been decent and food is as good as any other Panera.The atmosphere inside is a little meh just because it's all just terminals for ordering and pickup shelves...but this will likely continue to be a trend as most places will hide the people and have uot interacting with computers and robots. :P5 stars from me anyway

Love the food and the overall chain brand. A little different than any other I have been into. Self serve stations up front off to the left seem a little cold and impersonal. The seating is off to the left too, so it feels a little like a maize when you go to look for a seat.The food was great, very clean and fast on getting your food out to you. A little smaller and less open than your typical Panera.
