I ordered a cranberry chicken salad sandwich which turned out to be mostly lettuce and tomato with a little chicken salad slapped on the bread. There was so little I can barely tell what it tasted like. Very disappointed

I'm not sure why they are rated so low. I've been here a few times and had no issues. Service has been decent and food is as good as any other Panera.
The atmosphere inside is a little meh just because it's all just terminals for ordering and pickup shelves...but this will likely continue to be a trend as most places will hide the people and have uot interacting with computers and robots. :P

I'm not sure why they are rated so low. I've been here a few times and had no issues. Service has been decent and food is as good as any other Panera.The atmosphere inside is a little meh just because it's all just terminals for ordering and pickup shelves...but this will likely continue to be a trend as most places will hide the people and have uot interacting with computers and robots. :P5 stars from me anyway
