I placed my order on My Panera App., for the Perimeter Loop Rd location, as I work maybe 7 minutes from this store location. I went in the store to pickup my order that was completed 3 minutes after the time I was given on the App., no big deal though. I ordered the Steel Cut Oatmeal and a Hazelnut coffee with a shot of espresso. I was given my regular size cup for my coffee, go over to get my coffe, fill it half way and the coffee canister needs changed out, I let the employee know that it ran out and that I had a shot of espresso. The young woman asked if I was a patron?? I showed her my bag with the receipt and my name on it, her co-worker walks by her and the young woman tells her about my shot of espresso, walks away, I guess to get another Hazelnut coffee canister to change out. At this point I am confused with getting my shot of espresso and being able to finish filling up my coffee cup. I guess the other young woman put the shot of espresso in my cup as she handed it back to me. I put more coffee in my cup and leave. I get to work, take my Oatmeal out, it's not hot, more warm-coldish. The strawberries were not ripe at all, the were more white-yellow color, not sweet. The Oatmeal even with strawberries and a pinch of brown sugar that may have been added, was very very bland. Not good at all. Unfortunately, I may not visit this Panera again. Service was meh and my Oatmeal was meh.

I order takeout from Panera often. This store is below typical Panera standards. Todays takeout was missing an item and the oatmeal had a lot less fruit and walnuts than previous orders. Disappointing. Check your takeout bag before you leave.

20.00 for a quart of soup, and it was not any bettet that a can of Progresso. It was 2 servings, and the same amount of chicken noodle soup was 8.00 at Bob Evans.

I love Paneera Bread, the food quality and all their items are delicious, Bad customer service at Avery location. They don't wish and when you wish they don't respond, also some staff here doesn't know about their breakfast ingredients..they outright say we don't know..hope they will be trained properly

What can I say? The stuff there are generally friendly with good service. But the price went up quite a lot and the sandwiches are becoming smaller and smaller. Now it is just so tiny, even smaller than the ones for toddlers.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to the Dublin Panera. I quit going a few years ago because the service was bad. I thought I’d try it again with the sip club to see if anything changed. And I have to say it has not. They were out of an item and they were willing to replace it with something else, but I was not interested, I asked for credit back since I did an online order and they side they applied the credit back, but I never received it. I went back a few weeks later and mentioned it to that same person that said they would gave me the credit back but I never received. they were very sarcastic because I asked for the refund again. I still haven’t received the refund. I’m sorry, but this is not customer service. I’m not paying for something I had not received. I had only in-counter 1 staff member that was happy to be there. Very friendly but the rest are rude and unprofessional. needless to say I will not be going back to Panera in Dublin .

Filthy restaurant and lazy staff. They all stand and chit chat not even bothering to do their jobs! Clean the freaking restaurants and check the coffe pots! Do not throw tantrum when called to do your job. What a waste of place. Other locations outside OH is 100% way better than yours. Here's some pictures and I cleaned our table to use this morning.
