The Muirfield location of Papa John's has always been incredibly careful and helpful when ordering pizza for my daughter with multiple food allergies. We ordered this evening and Cody took my order over the phone. When I picked up he assured me that the space and cutter was clean when preparing our dairy allergy pizza. We appreciate this location allowing our family to have fun and safe pizza Friday nights!

Would rate there food never got it, they told me door dash was to bring our order to the office, never got it. Door Dash is horrible working with Papa John's.. The manager on duty did refund my money, but a lot of starving people for a big meeting.

Last orders have been gross, quality and service has dropped considerably. Last order we were promised a credit and never received. Too many other good/better options around to give this shop another chance. Too bad, it was good for decades.

On 10/2 2025 I ordered the honey chipotle boneless wings and a cheese pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce. The wings didn’t have the correct amount of sauce on them. Multiple winds had no sauce at all. The pizza had multiple spots of missing cheese/ingredients and seemingly less sauce than what would have come on it normally. Love having a pizza that had giant air pockets of dough on it. Thanks for ruining my meal for no reason at all. The guy working was clearly going out of his way to do this.

Deserves 0 Stars, management proceeded to mess an order - when confronted about the issue the store manager threatened to pull a gun on me because i asked for a refund. when telling the workers about the pizza mix up they seemed okay with making another one or offering a refund, the manager for some reason denied the request and then responded with an outburst of profanity and then challenging me to a fight. as soon as the manager realized he would not be able to gain any ground going that route he proceeded to threaten to shoot me . this is a major mistake as the general manager did try to place his hands on me - i also have this on film - he needs to be fire immedeiately

Ordered pizza from this location a few times without issues. I got severely ill after the last time I ate pizza from here. Shortly after eating the pizza I was very sick all day. Not worth the risk everyone.
Received something other than what I ordered (Delivery) I posed the issue with their main contact form- was asked to call the store- did that - no answer- let the main contact folks know that I had tried -
Their suggestion? Try again- because it's my responsibility to chase down a business that collect my $ and provided something other than what I ordered? (see image below of a well done pizza slice- it's barely cooked) There are better, more customer centered pizza places- try those instead

Ordered a large “Garden Fresh” pizza ($16) with light cheese and garlic knots ($7.50). We have very different definitions of light cheese. Instead, we were given a heavily cheesed pizza with minimal toppings. Garlic knots were cooked dough with nothing on them; sitting in a pool of butter and seasonings. Save your money or spend it elsewhere, like the grocery store or local pizza shop.
