So it’s been a while since I have had piada so I decided to grab some lunch on my break. I got a pasta bowl with steak. The customer service was okay but the only person that greeted me was the person furthest from me so customer service could’ve been better the person making my bowl didn’t really talk besides asking me what I wanted which wasn’t like the last time I was there the staff was a bit more friendly.So after receiving my food and paying I sat and ate in. A few bites in and I had a hair in my food. I asked the head person if they could remake it. There was no argument about it. He apologized and remade my food so thankful for that. The bowl that was remade was hot and fresh and tasted great. Docked a star mainly for the hair in my food and unfriendly staff.Overall. I always recommend Piada.
