Ordered for the superbowl first piece I bite into something has me up against the slice still even though I’m pulling pretty hard I go look and it’s a gigantic piece of hair under the cheese that I had in my mouth and was legit holding the pizza together. Absolutely gross

Ordered Thin Crust 3 topping, got home and it was hand tossed. I called the store and was told they were out of thin crust and HUNG UP. I called back several minutes later to ask for a refund and was told this time "you paid for it, now enjoy it" and hung up again. I was so mad, it's funny. What happened to even mediocre customer service?

Wow! Nobody EVER picks up the store phone! I ordered a double order of CHEESESTICKS and this is what i get! Had to drive allll the way back cause noone can pick up the phone?! Im a regular customer and will now go elsewhere! I want a refund! No cheese no nothing just dry bread in a box? How does this even happen??

Changed my review from five stars to two. Every time we go there the kids put on tons of cheese and barely bake it when we order light cheese and cooked well. They cook it how they want there not how you order it so we will stop going.

We arrived 30 minutes after initially ordering and were told it would be 5 minutes more. After 30 more minutes the guy came up to the front and asked our name again and then reached into the warmer and pulled out our order... That was in the warmer when we walked in. Then after we got back to the hotel and opened it up it wasn't even the right pizza. They are clearly disorganized.

I've had very mixed experiences from this pizza hut in the past, but today, the first OSU game day of the season, we ordered a pizza on the app, went to pick it up and Zac was in the store by himself. He was taking orders and making the food. The pizza was the best one we've had from this store! Thanks Zac!

Order 3 pizzas online, $33.97, picked them up at the store on sawmill rd, got home and all my pizzas were burnt and not edible at all, they KNEW they were burnt when cutting them and still sold them like that and going as far as distracting me so I trusted they were done correctly and I didn't have the need to check the pizzas before leaving.. Boy was that a HUGE mistake, the whole experience was a mistake. I tried calling (not able to return to the location as it was a great distance to it in the first place), for HOURS no one would answer at the store and after multiple conversations with the call center I was hung up on, placed on hold for well over 15 mins at least 6 times and NEVER assisted and no attempts were made by anyone to make it right, i called corporate just to be treated rudely and was cut off while speaking, there was nothing done but belittle me and the situation by the lady i spoke to... I will never do business again with this company as they care nothing about quality of their food, customer satisfaction, or respect for anyone!
I stopped going here. I now go to the much nicer store at 7370 Sawmill Rd at Sawbury Blvd. The older woman who was the manager has poor people skills. She is not friendly. She has no business working here.

Ordered delivery. We're at a hotel close by. They claimed my food was delivered. WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND!Walked to the store because our car is in the shop. Hence the reason for ordering. There's only 1 person in the store and her manager had me on hold for 20 minutes and he wasn't even there!!!0/10 would not recommend. Paid $10 in tips and delivery fees just to walk and grab my own food. Extremely unprofessional. Corporate needs to handle this store because the associates can't handle it themselves.
