I ordered a honeydew Milk Tea and wasn’t told that adding tapioca pearls would be over a dollar more. I thought it would just be $6 as posted for the milk tea flavor. They should have told me it would be more to add tapioca pearls; and if it was on the menu, you should always let the customer know regardless if it’s posted on the menu or not. The honeydew milk tea was watered down. I could barely taste the flavor of the honeydew. I’ve tried this flavor at cm chicken and kung fu tea, for example, and the honeydew flavor is always refreshing and really good. So, because of those experiences I thought I’d at least taste something, but I did not. The tapioca pearls were also stuck together and hard to suck through the straw. I do want to come back and try the hotpot; but as for the milk tea, it was not worth $7.53.

We went in for a birthday dinner. Minimum customer service. Took almost 20mins for our waiter to bring water. For however much they charge, they should use a better quality meat. We had very bad quality meat there and they definitely were not fresh. Very disappointed because we’ve been waiting to try it. Definitely not coming back!

Great atmosphere. Kpop playing, Kawaii robots that bring you your food and excellent customer service with fresh meat!

Fun. Small grill in middle of table. Don't burn your tongue on the hot pot soup.

Service was really good but wow was the food lacking. We only did the kbbq and we ordered about 4 different meats. Brisket you cant really mess up but everything else tasted not fresh and not well marinated. Even the sides tasted old. Not worth the price and would not come again.

Went there for dinner one night and the kids absolutely loved it, they love the fact that they can choose what they wanted and how much they wanted, it's a little on the pricey side but well worth it.

Stepping into PJ’s Hot Pot, I was immediately welcomed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The air was filled with the tantalizing aroma of sizzling meats and spicy stews. The staff greets you with genuine smiles and a level of attentiveness that makes you feel both valued and at ease. Notably, the cleanliness of the establishment is impeccable, from the gleaming floors to the spotless dining tables, reflecting their commitment to excellence in every aspect. As for the food, each dish is a masterpiece of flavor, with meats grilled to perfection and side dishes that complement the main courses with a symphony of tangy, sweet, and savory notes. The food not only tastes great, but it's also presented beautifully, enhancing the overall dining experience. Every bite is an adventure, with the perfect balance of traditional Korean flavors and a touch of modern culinary artistry.

Wow, what a great fun place to eat, I went here solo and had such a great time, they have a very wide selection of meats, veggies and sauces etc.. to choose from. Daisy, my server was outstanding. She gave the best recommendations on how to make my experience the best when it came to combinations of ingredients etc… DAISY ROCKS!!!

Jenny Chen likes to yell at & belittle employees in front of customers. Then talk crap about them in Chinese to other management. She’s very unprofessional & that’s certainly not a way to run any establishment. I recommend you go support a business that values and treats their employees with integrity. KPop is a MUCH better alternative.

In Columbus there are numerous Korean bbq places now and some that double up as hot pot. With this that creates some competition and easier to compare. The size of the place is quite large and doesn’t seem to get as busy as other places around town. The menu options is quite similar to other places. The sauce selection is good and quite large. You have grill temperature control which is nice as well with a robot that delivers the meat that you order.Biggest flaws I have with this place isn’t apparent. But they’ve designed it to slow you down when trying to get your meat. To explain having the robot deliver the meat is time consuming and unnecessary. They recommend a lower temperature for cooking which slows the cooking process. They don’t bring you everything you order and will randomly forget orders on the robot when they come. And they use a non stick grill which adds to cook time. Going here even though we got seated right away it felt like everything took longer in the cooking process. When it comes to food quality I was sadly also not impressed with how they marinated some of their meats. Heavily use of garlic threw me off with the short ribs and bulgogi felt off. It’s not a bad place and easy to get a table and its price fairly standard. Not bad for those who just want some quick kbbq nearby.

Food is great and service is great and atmosphere is great but minus one star because they don't have traditional Korean sauces gochujang and saamjang.

Came here to celebrate and had a wonderful time! Great quality food and clean as always. Christian was the best server we ever had from this place. He came to check on us frequently and helped us divide the cake we brought. Will certainly come back again!

They don't use the proper cut of beef for the bulgogi, instead of flank steak or sirloin they use beef intestines(our server asked the kitchen). It is super grainy and the marinade that they use is mid level quality. Very unfortunate with how expensive it is.

Our server Angel was absolutely wonderful! He was friendly and personable from the start, and after learning that we had never been to a hotpot or Korean bbq restaurant, he was so patient and considerate. He walked us through the process, answered our questions, and helped us pick out some choices to get us started (we picked the option of both hotpot and bbq). He was attentive during the whole meal, answering questions and giving suggestions. Our choices came out very quickly and were always fresh and high-quality ingredients. Every single thing we tried was delicious. Loved the mushroom soup base, sliced rib-eye, garlic chicken, and flap tail (there's definitely more to that name that I can't recall). Loved having the bar with lots of sauces, fruits, veggies, and desserts. Yes, dessert is included! They had maybe 3 or 4 choices tonight, plus ice cream cups. Also, our awesome server gave us free keychains for being new customers! We signed up for the rewards program while paying the bill, which means money off the next visit. No complaints at all about the entire experience. It was a great evening for my family and I'm so appreciative of their hard work and kind, helpful attitudes. Also, there is a robot. I was unaware and beyond excited when it rolled up with a cat face on the screen and delicious food on its shelves. This was the best surprise of the whole night.
