The worst restaurant in columbus
I ordered wings + sandwichs
They gave me sandwiches only with half my wings
They didn’t find a way to refund me online i was 30 min away when i released am missing some stuff - i spent gas and time more than my refund
And i paid 26$ for my wings
They refund me less than half 😂 they gave me 12$ i don't care about the 1 dollar but i didn’t like the thing that its ur problem and ur mistake and then u let me drive back and refund me less than what I've paid

Food quality was terrible. The chicken strips were soo small they literally looked like a piece of fried bacon. And the little bit of chicken that each strip had was fatty. The general manager comped an attitude with me when I complained about how unappetizing the meal was. Will most likely never return to this location or another Popeyes again. No value!

The bad customer service ever
Paid $36 to get a family food size to get delivered to my house then I got only fries with couple small sauce packages called the store and I told him I missed a lot of items in my order then he told me oh OK we’re gonna fix it in the morning. What do you mean by fix it in the morning? I have a family that’s waiting for Food 45 minutes to get delivered and that’s what I get only fries, then he hung up on me

I have stopped eating at Popeye's because it costs way, way, way to much for what you get. I guess they haven't heard inflation has gone down.

It’s only 1 star because I can’t put 0. This building is disgusting, there are gnats and maggots in every part of the kitchen, they use old rotten chicken just rinse it off, the employee sinks don’t work 99% of the time

We ordered inside to go. It took forever to get our food and it wasn't even right.

I recently visited Popeyes and had an exceptional experience. The manager on duty was absolutely fantastic. She generously offered discounts to everyone who was there at the time, which was a delightful surprise and greatly appreciated by all of us. Her friendly and professional demeanor made the visit even more enjoyable.

I was having trouble redeeming a code from the app, and she went out of her way to assist me with the process. Her patience and willingness to help really stood out and showed her commitment to excellent customer service. Although I don’t remember her name, she knows who she is, and her outstanding service made a significant impact on my experience.

In conclusion, I highly recommend this Popeyes location. The combination of delicious food and top-notch customer service makes it a standout choice. If you’re looking for a place where the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great visit, this is definitely the spot!

Not welcoming at all. Mentioned I didn’t want wings but if I had to take them I will.After being asking what type of chicken 2 times I still received the wrong type. 1 pc short of my order and she wanted to give a wing to fullfil the order to instigate. I’m done with this location.
