I ordered online, got there they told us we need to wait 15 minutes, waiting on parking 20 minutes pass nothing, we go inside and are order not ready. 30 minutes nothing, we complain, it was 3 people working I didn't pay attention to names but White guy and black lady was trying to do right by us, but I White girl have horrible actitud she probably doesn't like her job. this happens on Friday may 23 at 9 pm. And definitely will never buy papayas ever again.

Stopped in this location today for the first time. Food was just right and delicious. Service was great and place was very clean and well cared for. I am sure i will return here. . I am a Popeyes fan and have never had a bad experience in any Popeyes. Thank you.

Josh helped out a Josh, and I'm not joshing you. Went through, ordered a 3-piece combo and an additional side. $15 seemed a lot but whatever. I was told to wait 12 minutes. They were honest about that so no worries, I'd come back. Came back 15 mins. later to give them more wiggle room. Was told another 7 minutes. I was annoyed but firm and calm, Josh refunded me a side cost and that was good enough for me. They explained they had 2 16-piece buckets and I totally understood! Being kind and respectful goes A LONG WAY. I will definitely be back! Josh also gave me sauce recs and he was right on with the (sweet/hot sauce they use). I used to work fast food so I know it can go crazy. If customers are kind to management and ask assertively, they can work out a compromise if service was iffy in some cases. I love Popeye's!

I wish there was an award for best franchise locations! The overall restaurant is very clean, well maintained, friendly staff, and the food is always served at the right temp. Definitely worth a stop if you're driving on Sawmill

New, very clean, staff very friendly. What I like most is Popeyes is not afraid to turn up the spice on some of there offerings. Spicy chicken sandwich very good. Louisiana Garlic perfect balance of heat (spice) and flavor. Fries different but tasty. Mac & cheese is what cravings are all about. Well done Popeyes , where have you been all my life? ❤️
When this place first opened it was awful. Ive been in there a few times since December and the food was so good. I just want to say job well done to staff and new management. You can see an improvement!

Ordered through the app for first time. No option to choose pickup time, but charged card immediately. I contacted them through the app, but they quickly said sorry, no cancels, call the store. I went to the store 3 hours later after work and the manager remade my large order fresh, no questions asked. Remember, do not order until you're ready to pick up, until they fix this serious flaw in their app.
