Is always the same issue, 20+ of wait, there are basically no employees, it doesn’t matter if it’s a game day or a regular day, they always take forever to hand out my food, honestly I prefer going somewhere and spending my money in a place where they actually care.

I came into this Popeyes and August 1,2025 Around 2:45-3:00 I usually come at nights and never on a Sunday so that could have been why! I was helped by an Hispanic lady so damn rude kept huffing and puffing while taking my order, she rushed my order the whole time (IT STILL WAS WRONG) and had an attitude so BAD. When I got to the window She slammed the window after she got my money. AND ROLLED HER EYES.acted as if I was bothering her, And she wasn’t at work!! I’ve never been treated like this at this location or any restaurant period, Her Customer Service is Absolute HORRIBLE. If it wasn’t for the food I’ll probably never come back! I’m sorry that I don’t know name but if I don’t hear the black lady or the white guy in the drive thru at night IM LEAVING !

Came in from out of town on aug 29th around 9pm and received impeccable service from a very friendly,very nice lady. She went above and beyond for all of us plus the few other customers after us. Always had a smile and made sure the order was correct and everything was good. If supervision sees this please recognize this young lady because she truly cares and values her job.

I love popeyes spicy chicken, my favorite fast food meal. Last weeks visit was hot. Fresh and very good. I also like mashed potatoes and gravy. Staff friendly and order is done very quick.

I didn't really think I liked Popeyes before, but after coming to this location I'm really happy with it! The customer service is great and friendly. The food is ready fast. The store is clean. And honestly the food is pretty good. I really like the biscuits.
