Very disappointing off late. The staff is undertrained is an understatement. Always always the lattes are colder than room temperature when ordered hot, so about $7 for every drink and it's always wasted. Everything that I wanted was out of stock the last time I went here.

If they didn't have a loyal customer before, they definitely do now. Their food is delicious, they offer many different options based off your dietary and allergy restrictions. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, they have something for you. The place is clean, and the interior is interesting & unique with plenty of seating. They have a lovely outdoor patio and near a parking garage which is perfect due to the high traffic area.
Now down to the best part of my experience. The employees. Not only are they hospitable, energetic, and kind. They are informative about their food products, and engage with their customers & their dietary needs. The cooks make amazing food, and are fast paced so you're order will be out not long after it's placed.

Today I ran into an unexpected issue which would have caused me to cancel my order if not for the workers help, I wont go into too much details but one of the employees who was helping me showed me kindness and patience during the situation and luckily after a minute we both were able to work through the issue quickly and my order was eventually placed. I was very appreciative of her help. I just wanted to make a note about how much I appreciated her help and service! Rebol has some of the best food & employees around. Their sweet potatoe hash is so good, and I love their red pepper falafels. Will definitely be returning.

The food is tasty but way overpriced. Their menu is similar to Chipotle's in that you can make your bowl based on different (and better) choices but they charge for every add-on that isn't already included which VERY QUICKLY adds up. They also have a disclaimer in their main entrance that they avoid GMOs but they might be thinking of pesticides, not GMOs...or they might be trying to capitalize on the boojie health train, who knows. Their food is good, but their health claims are just bogus.
We went there for lunch and we noticed you order through a tablet, just like Panera. However, their tablet UI is a mess; it's simply not easy to use. We ordered two bowls, a chicken/hummus bowl, and a vegan bowl and it ended up being over $30, too expensive for the amount of food and the taste. The food leans on the drier side and is really spicy (as in spice not as in hot), which was unfortunate...we usually don't have leftovers but we just couldn't finish either plate. The naan is fantastic though.
But before coming here, know that this is a restaurant in a set of chains that is highly involved in a public display of political and religious beliefs and ideologies, particularly on their social media, and they share views that may not properly align with the friendliness and open-mindedness of Columbus. Even after being corrected on their misinformation, they double down in their comment sections or just disable the comments. Whoever handles their PR doesn't know how to PR. Some of their places have been known for blatant discrimination against target demographics. If you are the type of person who doesn't mind a lack of political self-awareness, feels bold enough, has extra cash, and is looking for okayish food, look no further!

Went for the first time last week. Ordered the Chimi Chicken bowl and ate it there. Wow, it was so much better than I expected. The chicken had incredible flavor, the grilled veggies were perfectly cooked and not mushy with a great char on them, and the guacamole was on point. Will be back again soon.

My first time here.Ive ordered twice so far this week. Pretty much ordered the same thing but the price was Different each time. $13.50 the first time and $14.00 the second. Both orders placed online for pick up. Not sure what that’s about. I don’t like inconsistency. I was pretty pleased with the food. My bowl was very good. I loved the hummus and cilantro aioli. Will definitely be back. Please fix price inconsistency. If I budget for something I want to stick to that budget
