This place just isn't it anymore. Everything went downhill. I've tried to switch locations, I've tried ordering different meals....I'm not going back.Columbus needs a good seafood restaurant. If there is any I've never heard of em.

It was so bad we just left.Went in for my bday w the family. We wanted to sit and catch up for a few before we ordered but quickly realized this upset our server.All of our drinks were empty and we didn't have any biscuits.We watched as the table behind us asked for a box and the server rolled her eyes and sighed. We watched her make faces at our table bc we hadn't ordered yet and we watched her flip someone off behind their back as they left their table and she saw the tip they left her.I get that Red Lobster isn't a *fancy* place but they could have and should have done better.We decides to just pay for our drinks and go somewhere else

It’s a chain seafood restaurant…don’t aim that high. I will say I was VERY impressed with everything when I was in yesterday. The food was perfect, service was solid and the atmosphere is well…Red Lobster.

We went to this red lobster the 1st time in years , cause we stopped going, Joann was our server she was WONDERFUL . They sampled the crabby fries for a appetizer…loved them. All the kids had bacon Mac & Cheese it was hot & fresh they loved it !We had the endless shrimp it was FABULOUS.!! It was so damn good we went back 2 weeks later and did it again. We had LIZ as our server she was WONDERFUL. The endless shrimp was MAJOR! . This endless shrimp PAIRED WITH A WONDERFUL SERVER IS EPIC.!!If the SERVER FAILS …. the endless shrimp fails!THANK YOU. JOANN & LIZ. for a job WELL DONE and we tipped them NICELY!
Food took 45 minutes to come out and was not warm. This was especially maddening since the server had claimed it was almost ready 20 minutes before. My family was foodsick the next day.I do not plan on eating here again. Isn't there better food for a lower price elsewhere?The waitress was fine, but the manager acted like a fake person when apologizing for our food, which made the overall experience worse. They also messed 3/5 orders. The orders they didn't mess up were the lobster flatbreads, which tasted like microwaved frozen pizzas with lobster on it.

We enjoyed our meal. The food was exceptional. The service was slow, but that was due to how busy it was. I sympathize with the staff, but it was obvious that the service was struggling to keep up. Anyway, I ordered the Brussel sprouts. They are delicious, but I am diabetic and was not expecting a rather sweet sauce on them. Do not get me wrong, they were awesome, but next time I will have to have them without the toppings. I was glad I had them though, very tasty. Steaks were as ordered and extremely juicy and lobster tails were very good as well.

We were a party of 5 and they sat us in the private dining area which was nice. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. We ordered the pick two and pick three combos for shrimp. The taste was good and the food was fresh; however, the portion sizes for the pick 3 on the salt and vinegar shrimp were not very big for the price. The waiter said it’s normally 15-20 shrimps and there were 14 in our order. The waiter was helpful and brought out a few more. The pick two combo had 12 shrimp. The sides on the pick 3 were also portioned smaller vs the pick 2. The biscuits as always were delicious. We’ve been going to Red Lobster for years. I do think they have cut back on portion sizes while still having higher prices. Next time we will probably just stick with going for lunch when the portions match the prices better.
