Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Where else can you go in Dublin Ohio on a Friday night where the bar is completely empty? Not the most amazing beer selection but adequate. I personally like their burgers although I'm not a fan of steak fries so I normally upgrade to the onion rings or get coleslaw. Prices have gone up but they've gone up everywhere

We had frozen Margarita's. They weren't very good. We had pretzel , and my sandwich was lacking flavor. My husband always enjoys it but on my few visits I have found it lacking in every way.

Our waitress Sarah did a fantastic job and made our visit one to remember! We will only be back to this RR and hope to see her again. Thanks for a great lunch date!

The family stopped in for dinner around 7pm. We were promotly shown to are table. Our waitress was there almost immediately taking out drink and app order. She made sure our drinks were constantly topped off and everything was great. She then took out entree order and was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered up her opinions on various choices. When the order was ready, the waitress and the other suppose staff distributed the meals in short order. They made sure our meals were to our liking, our drinks were full and left is to enjoy our meal. We also had a 22 month old with us, who they were very good with getting the kids meal and drinks before ours so as to keep him happy. In the current climate where restaurants are closing because Noone wants to work, I can say that the staff in this location went above and beyond and provided incredible service and represented the restaurant perfectly.

Service was awful, even though it was only mid-afternoon. Waited and waited for about 20 minutes. Finally, went into the dining room, even though they have a sign "wait to be seated.". Was still ignored, so I had to call to the waitress to get her attention. For $12.29, I got a burger very similar to Wendy's $4 one. Fries came with it from Red Robin, and they were terrible. I asked for toppings on the side. Instead cheese was melted into the burger.Good cheese. I'll never go back!

Wheelchair accessibility: I think I may have been so totally ignored because I had to sit to wait for someone. Prejudice against the disabled seems to be the only possible explanation.

As a fellow retail worker I feel for the staff or lack there of. They did a fantastic job with what they had to work with and were very accomidating even though they were out of some menu items. Food was as good as it always is here.

Delicious food, excellent service from Sara (and the rest of the staff), and clean atmosphere. Best Red Robin in the city!

The food was good the service was good but wayyy short staffed and you could truly tell. The resturant was truly half empty however the table wait for 3 was almost 30 minutes. However the server and other staff did well under the circumstances I applaud them ? ?? if u go please be kind and understanding that it truly is hard to get good people and when you have good people working hard to cover for the lack of staffing please tip well ?

Call ahead seating exists for a reason... I called an hour before I wanted to arrive, and was told "we don't do call ahead, but an hour from now should be fine". I arrive almost exactly an hour later and am told it's at least an hour wait, and "will likely remain that way for the rest of the night". Ok, so A) don't tell me it "should be fine", and B) maybe find a better way to manage your flow of customers. This was all with 3 people in the waiting area, so I'm curious how that math added up as well.

My husband and I decided to go here for lunch and it was so good. I had the Southern Comfort burger, Lettuce wrapped and added mushrooms. I was so full and still couldn't stop eating! Plus our server was the sweetest!

I was seated quickly and didn't have to wait long for my food. Server was nice and the drink she recommended was awesome. Will be going more often.

Short staffing is an obvious issue here but our waitress was excellent and our food was delicious!

Was not greeted friendly from a girl who had a ton of earrings all over. Was told it would be a 10 minute wait at 6 then quickly changed it 20 minutes. We looked in the restaurant and a total of 5 tables were sat. We ended up leaving. We loved Red Robin before we drive from West Virginia last two times we have left due to poor service. What a disappointment, even tried to call the company last time with NO response back

Service was incredibly slow. They had just one poor waitress waiting on about 8 tables and our lunch hour turned into two hours! The sad thing is, the food was cold when it was brought out.

Theses guys are working soooo hard!! They were down to only 1 Cook, 1 host, and 1 waitress. All of our orders were on point, nothing wrong or missing, they made sure we got all of our refills for fries and drinks it was so great to see how well they were doing with what they had.
