I don't know what was better: The best Cuban Sandwich I've ever had, or the friendly and impeccable service from Karl and Sarah. I highly recommend dining here. Plus they have a great beer selection.

The rubin would have been delicious had the corned beef been sliced properly. Slicing it with the grain makes it tough. So that is what happend my meat was tough and completely pulled out of the sandwich in one bite. It should be sliced against the grain .

Tried to eat here today, but...there were multiple booths and tables open but the host said it would be 10 minutes. He let us know that it would be 5 and then 2 minutes more. Then he said he could seat us but took the couple that just walked in and sat them. It was only us waiting until maybe a half a minute before he said he could seat us this couple walked in. When he came back from seating them, we brought to his attention and he said "oh" I can ask them to move? Unbelievable! The hostess has no idea what they are doing. We left and would recommend everyone else to do the same as well.

The food was delicious however I ordered the Rubin and while the flavor was good the meat was cut incorrectly. Corned beef needs to be cut against the grain to be tender if you cut with the grain its tough. That was the problem with my sandwich. The whole slice of meat came out at once.

We stopped in with a group of 6 around 12:45 pm on a Sunday. We were seated as soon as they pushed two tables together. Overall, this location didn't seem too busy at that time. Our server was attentive and refilled our drinks often. 4 of us ordered the BBQ chicken salad, including me. I thought the portion was great for an entree salad, as well as the amount of dressing and toppings. The others ordered a chicken sandwich and a burger and were also happy.

Came in at 7:30 for a lite dinner. Today's soup was Aztec Chowder: usually a favorite. Tonight it was lacking all of the stuff that makes it good. All I received was broth and green onions heavily sprinkled on top. I feel like I received the end of the pot of soup. Disappointing. Hubs ordered chicken fingers and fries. They were average. The chicken was better than the unseasoned fries. Not our best meal at Rusty Bucket but service at the bar was great. We were greeted and given menus right away. Refills were offered without asking. No complaints with service.

Rusty Bucket is our go to restaurant. I appreciate that they have reservations when so many other places do not. The atmosphere is fun, the menu has a good variety, and they have good kids meal with a bookmark deal. My daughter's school just completed a read a thon so she was able to easily redeem her free kids meal this time. I always get a brown bag beer and it's fun to see what is inside; even the servers like to find out with me. We never have to wait too long for our food and the servers have been consistently good. The food is good and there is something for everyone. Oh, and I recommend getting the fried pickles but sliced not speared which they will do if you ask.
We had a reservation for 6pm for 3 people, and I specified we needed a high chair (for our 16 month old). When we arrived, we were told a table with a high chair was not available, but we could do a booth with a booster seat. We tried it, but ultimately it was too dangerous for our child, especially because the booster seat had no straps. We then asked for our food to go...
