I gave this place over a week to fix this and also emailed corporate twice so they 💯 earned this review. Ordered pizza and a calzone via their website and paid for the order with my card. Got an email confirmation for the order. Went to pick it up, the counter was empty. Waited about fuve minutes for an employee to pop out and inform me that their computers were down so they couldn't sell me food. I let her know that they had already sold the food and i would either need the food or someone would need to redund my $31. She called her manager. Decided theu would make the food, looked at my confirmation with the order info. Put the pizza on the rack to feed into the oven and left me to wait another 20 minutes to come back and tell me they couldn't get the oven to turn on. I left my order number, name and phone number for the manager to refund my money at a later time since the employee could not do so. I have heard zero zip zilch. I am contesting the charge on my card but this is the worst customer service available and you should be ashamed.

Waited at the drive through for 10 minutes. No one ever came to take my order. Made sure they were open and everything but had my baby in the car and didn't feel like waking him up to go in somewhere for lunch. Super disappointed.

James is very kind and has amazing customer service. You can tell he genuinely cares!! I went to purchase a drink in the gas station and he brought me my single slice while my xl pizza was cooking. I thought it was really kind. While I was waiting he asked if I wanted my pizza cut in 6 or 8 slices. I hope this location rewards him/shows him some love. I will be back to this location because of this experience.

This was my second visit to this location AND the second time I have received a 3-meat stromboli with raw dough throughout the middle of it. This time, I started violently vomiting about 12 hours after consuming the few bites I had before realizing. I am pretty sure the raw dough gave me food poisoning. Least to say, I will never eat anything from Sbarro again.

Heavyset sweaty white guy has an attitude problem. Sbarro pizza is already trash. Doesn't help getting served trash attitude too. This location doesn't even have cheesecake like the rest of the locations....
Great place to get a Hugh N.Y. style slice. You can even order a pie of your choice.

I come here once a week because the pizzas and strombolis are always good and consistent. My normal a slice of pepperoni and if they have the spinach ricotta stromboli out, i always get it. Staff here are really friendly and know me by my name. If you're around the area and are craving a quick bite, this is the place to visit. It is inside a turkey hill though, but that shouldn't matter.
