It took over ten minutes to get a tea on a weekday when no one else was in the shop. The service seems sluggish and that nothing is ready. It had great service when it first opened up but now it seems to have gone down hill.

My favorite Boba Tea place in Central Ohio. My go-to drink is the Okinawa Milk Tea. The Boba pearls have the perfect texture and they're a little sweet. Exactly as they should be prepared. You can modify the sweetness of most drinks and I prefer mine only slightly sweetened so I can enjoy the tea flavor. Service is always friendly and welcoming when I am there.

I didn’t feel like they have customer service. They were not very helpful and barely interacted with me.
Always a delight to be here. The team is very helpful and quick. My favorite thing here that I've been ordering a lot of lately is the ice blended red bean matcha. I get it with 0% sweetness bc they add icecream on top. Sometimes i get it with 0 sweetness and no icecream for a lighter version. I also like their coffee milk tea with 0 sweetness or 30% sweetness.

Very good customer service! My favorite is the milk tea, it is very good here, one of the best. Today I got a matcha drink and felt that it didn't look like matcha. Usually matcha drink is darker green, with more matcha flavor. This drink was light in color, and didn't have a strong matcha flavor. But maybe that is just the way Sharetea makes it. The kind gentleman at the front desk made my drink again, and I really appreciated that. It was still light green and light flavor (even though I saw him add more matcha), so it didn't really solve the matcha taste issue, but he was very kind to make it for me again!
