Always a delight to be here. The team is very helpful and quick. My favorite thing here that I've been ordering a lot of lately is the ice blended red bean matcha. I get it with 0% sweetness bc they add icecream on top. Sometimes i get it with 0 sweetness and no icecream for a lighter version. I also like their coffee milk tea with 0 sweetness or 30% sweetness.

Very good customer service! My favorite is the milk tea, it is very good here, one of the best. Today I got a matcha drink and felt that it didn't look like matcha. Usually matcha drink is darker green, with more matcha flavor. This drink was light in color, and didn't have a strong matcha flavor. But maybe that is just the way Sharetea makes it. The kind gentleman at the front desk made my drink again, and I really appreciated that. It was still light green and light flavor (even though I saw him add more matcha), so it didn't really solve the matcha taste issue, but he was very kind to make it for me again!

Workers need to wear hair nets. I had a long female hair in my drink and sucked it up through my straw towards the end of my drink. Disgusting. It was too late to say anything because I had left the shop at that point. It was an Indian female worker.

I love this place! I always get a milk tea with mini pearls. Everyone here has always been nice to me and the service is great and the tea is delicious. 10/10 thanks for coming to Columbus!!
I went in today for a milk tea with herb jelly but the worker who worked at the front ordered a bubble milk tea with jelly and no bubble for me….. so they pretty much overcharged me a drink. I already paid by the time when I saw the receipt so I didn’t say anything. They need extra training if possible.

My Fav bubble Tea chain in US. The Tapioca pearls are always soft and sweet. Easy to make modifications and order through their Tablets at store, usually gets ready pretty quick too.Having an app would make it easier to preorder.My Fav drink is Honey Milk Tea with 2X pearls.

First look: I do not know if the workers are related or whatever, but gave me a really uncomfortable vibe. You can clearly see whoever the owner only hires people of his/her race and they have nothing to do with 'Taiwanese milktea'.My order: I ordered lime tea mojito and strawberry mojito, both with 30% sweetness and they came with a whole layer of pure sugar at the bottom of the cups. I went back into the shop and told them they made my order incorrectly and put too much sugar. They said they followed their recipe and did not do anything. Girl, I have been drinking share tea since 2020 or something and at their very first u.s. location in California. I told them I have been drinking the same drink ever since it first came out and they did not understand what was wrong with the drink at all. They kept insisting there's nothing wrong with the order. I told them to keep the drinks and I rather call my bank to cancel the transaction sinc they did not want to take any action and then they finally offered a refund.I do not blame the workers. They truly might be following the recipe given to them but it's just common sense, who the heck drinks iced tea with a layer of pure sugar not blended into the tea???? Not in any East asian countries, and these jokers have no clue because they got no knowledge of what they are selling.If you are thinking this is a regular 'sharetea' location, it is not, and do not waste your time and money.

Delicious tea, easy to order, fast to prepare. They offer order ahead online which is super convenient.
Vegetarian options: If you're vegan you want the fresh milk tea. It's the only milk tea they have a non dairy option for.
Dietary restrictions: If you have a dairy allergy or intolerance go for the basic teas without milk or the "fresh milk" teas and substitute soy milk.
