They can't do delivery through regular services. Uber eats they never made the order. Postmates the food was cold. Didn't match the description. Way late. When I called to complain they wouldn't do anything to make it right. Told me that they "don't do delivery". I've been in the restaurant many times for family birthdays. Mostly out of sentiment. Never again. Really bad experience.

Best hibachi in ohio hands down

Service was horrible they had a new waiter and he wasn't properly trained obviously. We got our soup and salad as our dinner was being cooked. It was supposed to come out before. He didn't write down the correct things for the chef and he had to go back to the kitchen several times. The only thing that made it better was the food and chef was amazing! I won't be going back anytime soon though!

A group of buddies and I made this a regular spot for awhile. Great hibachi is tough to beat! Ask for Ray as the server, he is often requested by other folks here as well though.

The best Japanese steakhouse in Columbus! Come check it out and see for yourself. The owner is excellent and provides great customer service and the staff is top tier as well.

It was my first visit and I was surprisingly very pleased! Our usual stop is House of Japan, but they had not yet begun indoor seating, so we found Shi Chi and thought we should give it a shot.Everything was very clean and social distancing was practiced. I felt safe eating here.I started with the tempura vegetables which were the best I have ever had! Onions, zucchini, and mushrooms in a light batter and deep-fried--so yummy! My sister ordered the fried dumplings, and again, they were some of the best I have had.The salad is very similar to The House of Japan salad: iceberg lettuce, a few pieces of shaved carrots, bacon bits, and a ginger dressing. It was good and I liked that they didn't use too much dressing. We were also served soup, which is a basic beef broth with a thin slice of mushroom and maybe a thin slice or two of scallion. This was probably my least favorite portion of the meal, but I ate all of it, so there is that. :) :)I ordered the filet mignon, which was cooked according to my choice of rare and served with zucchini, onions, mushrooms, bean sprouts, fried rice, and egg yolk sauce. NOTE: The fried rice is served in place of white rice at your request and for an additional charge. The egg yolk sauce was an additional fifty cents. I believe it is served with their seafood entrees at no additional cost. The chef was very friendly and had a few tricks I had not seen before at other Japanese restaurants. Our server was training someone and they weren't as attentive as I would have liked--I requested an extra plate, but didn't get it and our water glasses were not refilled often, and it took a very long time to get our check after we were finished eating.I will definitely go back!

This place is great! The food was very fresh and flavorful, everything was cooked to perfection right in front of us. They kept the courses coming and always kept our drinks full. We were fed and entertained and for 2 people we went only spent about $60. The prices are fair and you get a quality and delicious meal made right in front of your eyes. We will be back!
