Yesterday I ordered a Smoothie Bowl through the Door Dash and I got a wrong bowl delivered. So I called the store and talked to Sam, explained to her that I got a wrong bowl. She was so nice and sweet, she told me not to worry about it. Although they won’t be able to deliver it to me but if I could come and pick it up they will make another bowl free of charge. I stopped today to get my smoothie bowl free of charge and buy one for my spouse. Sam has greeted me and proceeded to make a smoothie bowl for me, but when I reached for my credit card to pay for a 2 nd bowl. She told me that she got it since my order was wrong before. I appreciated her courtesy and professionalism. Thank you very much Sam!

Clean, quick service. This location does a pretty good job getting people out the door quickly. There are bathrooms and the keep it pretty clean in general. There’s also nice seating and tables inside and out.

The employees served two Caucasian customers that were behind me before me. This location is very racist and discriminates. I even tipped the employee, I would not recommend this place.

When you walk in and the guy has an attitude because people just walked in and then he is dry coughing over the persons smoothie in front of me, it was best to walk out and avoid confrontation and stick with the smoothie king I go to.
Um I think they are open but no one is there working g at 7pm on a Friday. So unsure what’s going on but pretty awful experience

I told the girl that i would pay for my pup cup because i want it made special. (Typically its free) . I asked for a larger cup for my 120 pound dog and the typical baby cup for my little dog. I also made it clear that i only want a teasepoon or less of peanut butter. Again i insisted on paying for it. The young lady purposefully disregarded my intructions and told me " they are all the same size" she went on to give me baby cups half full of peanut butter i swear out of spite. The cup had more peanut butter than ice cream. Half full of peanut butter Very rude i threw them in the trash.

Smoothie King sometimes gives 12oz smoothie or lemonade on their app during this summer. Their juice tastes much better than their healthy protein drinks. Their service is fast and the small shop is always clean. However, the price of their drinks could be a little high for me.
