Amazing customer service, highly recommend! Went to this Starbucks to study for finals. Everyone was very respectful, and despite it being rather busy, the place stayed fairly quiet. Due to user error on my part, there was a mix-up with my order. After talking with the employees, they seamlessly fixed it. Huge shout-out to Hannah for her help and being above-and-beyond kind! Will definitely be back.

This was my first time here. Tried an espresso with my friend who loves them and also got a caramel frappuccino (paid extra for the extra caramel). Overall, the staff were nice and the area is cool and trendy.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. I love the atmosphere and the surrounding area is so cute. There are several tables to bring a laptop to get work done. The parking can get a little iffy, but there is a free public parking lot a couple blocks away. It's close to the library.

This location really needs to get better at fully staffing the busiest hours. Every time I come in on a weekend morning, there are only two employees trying to handle over a dozen orders at a time leading to 20-30 minute wait times. Whoever is in charge of this location, please adequately staff your store.

This specific location at 19 W. Bridge St. is fantastic! Always 5 out of 5. They’re friendly in person and everything is always correct. If I order pickup/delivery it’s always packaged safely, and nothing is ever missing.

Terrible service from the barista girl, I went in with my child to order and asked for the keys to the toilet, to which she replied that the toilets are for visitors only. I felt very uncomfortable and my child and I went to look for another toilet.

I just came back to work after getting my coffee. The gentleman who made my coffee, he had shaggy hair, I wish I caught his name. My coffee was 15/10 this morning, almost made me teary LOL! You can tell he enjoys his job as a barista, it was PERFECT! Thank you!!!

There are two people at cashier and chatting but no customer. There are at least 6 customers waiting for drinks but ONE person making them. I guess making coffee is not a priority here!

The cashier who was there today at 3.40pm was super hateful to me. I went to claim my free drink for my birthday and she treated me super badly. She didn't give it to me, saying that it wasn't my right

This place used to be a fun and welcoming neighborhood Starbucks. Now The new employees are rude , unprofessional and disrespectful to the customers. I saw the issue for an other customer before and happened to myself. Some issue with my purchase happened and It needed to be fixed easily .the Moran ,disrespectful and lier girl who claimed to be the supervisor instead of resolving the problem, as soon as I started the conversation, she started yelling and accusing me to touch her ,why , only I accidentally touched my finger to her finger when I was about to pick my receipt from the top of the counter to show her the charges. Since I was shocked and confused ,so naturally kind of argument started . This disrespectful girl instead of trying see what the problem is dragged the situation which could be easily solved to her own personal problem . Every other girl working there were so afraid of her that when I asked for other ones to solve the confusion just by looking at my recipe, all refused. I have never since such poor and disrespectful service from a Starbucks place . What a shame to our neighborhood Starbucks that I used to spend my fun time there for years , just because of hiring some wrong , unprofessional dudes is ruined 😡
