Every single time I go to this location the staff literally makes my day. One day I was having an awful morning and needed a “pick-me-up” so I went to this location because they’re too busy and I can get in and out. The woman making my drink was so sweet and turned my whole morning around. That’s only one case but there have been so many other great interactions I’ve had with the workers. Give these kind workers a raise!

At the Marysville location they really work hard to make sure your order is right. I got my favorite drink , the Carmel ribbon frozen frappachino with an extra shot of espresso and extra carmel crunch, it tastes perfect every time!

I work in the shopping center and I hate to admit I frequent this location almost daily, but ive yet to have a single bad experience in nearly 3 months of doing so. I have to say the employees here are so kind and attentive. Dawn is just exceptional. Always has a smile on her face and such a warm and kind voice and mannerisms and she's so quick and effortless In what she does and everything is always perfectly made! I know this is inside a giant eagle but the space is so warm and inviting and the sitting area is rather large and quiet. It's also one of the few Starbucks that's never out of any ingredients somehow!

Asked for little ice with my cold brew as always. This time they added water to fill the ice space. Not a big fan of watered down coffee. My coffee is always gone before the ice melts enjoying the full flavor. This was just watered down.

Every time I come here they are so kind, professional and efficient. My drink is ready within minutes and they are by far one of the busiest stores I come to. Whatever you guys are doing, keep up the excellent work and some other locations should use you as a training example.
