I work in the shopping center and I hate to admit I frequent this location almost daily, but ive yet to have a single bad experience in nearly 3 months of doing so. Asked for little ice with my cold brew as always. This time they added water to fill the ice space. Not a big fan of watered down coffee. My coffee is always gone before the ice melts enjoying the full flavor. This was just watered down.
Every time I come here they are so kind, professional and efficient. My drink is ready within minutes and they are by far one of the busiest stores I come to. Whatever you guys are doing, keep up the excellent work and some other locations should use you as a training example.
