The lady is rude, makes unpleasant faces, unwilling to help, what I asked for was to have a nice drink, she simply didn't want to help us get a good drink, as if we knew the names of the thousand drinks she said they had... unpleasant experience with these businesses.

I stopped by this Starbucks recently to grab an energy drink, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I asked for help, and the customer service was not what I expected. One of the employees — I won’t mention names — was especially rude and dismissive. It felt like she didn’t want to be there or assist at all. I wasn’t greeted kindly, and there was no effort to answer my questions or help me find what I was looking for. I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this visit left a bad impression.

I usually love Starbucks regular coffee a lot… today I ordered as is a small coffee which was not hot enough so I requested for hot coffee… but the lady at counter replaced with hot coffee but it was not up to the Starbucks standard,, it’s more of a hot water taste than regular star bucks coffee . Basically she was not interested to prepare one more and replace my coffee.

I am hooked on this drink! I forget the name as my husband got it for me but it is lemonade and strawberry mixed together! So refreshing and not too sweet! Love it 😍

My friend introduced me to Starbucks and this was 2nd time by myself … I download the app .. I didn’t know how to use it ! So when I was ordering I thought I could use the app In store … employee who took order I couldn’t use the app .. I ask her if it was because it’s instore .. I couldn’t hear what she was saying ..so I politely ask her again … she didn’t answer me but whisper under her breath “ whatever “ … I just let it go … I didn’t have a good experience here !

Stood (only person until one more came behind me) never got acknowledged, never told hold on for one moment while I fill these online orders. Stood for almost 10 minutes. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - YES, IT DOES MATTER.

Sawmill in Dublin is my absolute favorite Target Starbucks location. The staff are wonderful and friendly, and very efficient despite how consistently busy they are. Great vibe and excellent service all around.
The employees themselves are great personality wise, but the drinks are horrid. I consistently get the same order at any Starbucks, and only here is it consistently bad. Can't put my finger on it but it always taste sour and watery. Again nothing against the staff they're great, but I won't be getting coffee here anymore.
