This Starbucks location is terrible. I will sometimes order via the app as I’m leaving the gym. Upon arrival at Starbucks, I found that no one is working at this location. It’s early, typically around 630am, so no one is really around to speak with about this matter. This has happened 3 times at least. Y’all are great with taking people’s money, yet the professionalism and customer service is lacking.

I like Starbucks. I’m not a steady customer since it’s a little bit pricey for me. Whenever I go Starbucks is like a special treat for me and my family. But today’s visit was sad. Upon arrival there were drinks on the corner of the counter but the label was facing the other way so I couldn’t see if it was my order or not. Nowadays people don’t want to touch other people’s stuff as much as possible. Is it so difficult to make sure the label is visible for customers?? The girl behind the counter was making a drink and did not acknowledge me until I talked to her. She just gestured with her hand as if “ that’s your drink. Take it.” Even though the drink tasted good, I would avoid this Starbucks if I feel like I want to go Starbucks again. I stopped by around 6:35pm today.

Lazy and entitled young girls. Asked for a decaf, they give me regular. Even the label says regular. This comes after they bickered with the customer before me. They don’t deserve your money or, frankly, a job in the workforce.

I’ve been to this Starbucks multiple times because I shop at the Kroger. Half the time the drinks don’t taste anything like they should, watered down, not the right syrup, etc. One time the employee was gone for over 20 mins. I wouldn’t call them a Starbucks and it’s definitely not worth the money or convenience.

Two women who work at this store, they don’t seem interested to serve customers. I love matcha, but the barista made it worst. She kept like one drop of lavender foam on top, and was drinking coffee while serving. I feel like the workers are making the experience worst as possible.

I like this Starbucks, because it's inside the Kroger Marketplace I shop at. The staff are always fast, & my coffee is done in no time! Latoya is my favorite, because she always makes my drinks the way I like it!
I wish I could give "5" negative stars. I stood in line for almost 10 mins &never got acknowledged another employee came in off the street & asked if she could help so the other employee could make her order. She never acknowledged me nor DID SHE WASH HER HANDS before starting the orders. I finally asked the worker "KIM" how much longer it would be because I've been standing there over 10 mins with no greeting at all. In a VERY RUDE TONE I was told she was busy making orders, at that time I walked out. This is not the first time I've been treated like this at the Dublin Kroger which I had to speak to the manager before and he apologized on behalf of his staff. I think it's time to contact the BBB. To whomever oversees the reviews READ THEM! THERES ALOT OF THEM saying how rude the staff is!!
