Inside Kroger, no drive thru
The coffee is just OK considering the long lines and costs. The food needs to be upgraded. However, most of the staff is friendly and nice to see on visits.

Horribly rude staff no matter how early in the day you come, seems like pulling teeth to get a friendly or at least neutral barista and an edible drink at the same time. Makes up drinks and charges however they seem to want to regardless of training. I wouldn’t waste your time as I won’t be wasting mine again, their attitudes are atrocious and the drink you get in the end will be too.
When I was there ordered and i ask for almond milk but she gave me milk and im lactose intolerant and my Belly was hurting the whole day, and I was on the toilet for the whole day.

I hate writing reviews but this experience is terrible. Since I work nearby I came here to get a drink and the worker said he is on a LUNCH BREAK so it’s closed at 6:15pm. I said okay when do you open back up? He said 7pm. It’s 7:30 I am here right now and it says it’s closed. But it says open on google.
2 people working. We waited at the counter while the made the previous order for about 3 or 4 minutes without being acknowledged at all. Was not the most welcoming experience. Drinks were average Starbucks drinks.
Absolutely worst staff. They do not care about their job, they do not care at all about the customer.

You know everyone loves Starbucks right!? But the Quality I have the service and the cleanliness is the most important. You can get Starbucks anywhere, but it could be a dirty location or clean. I know me and I am very observant of detail. I love a clean restaurant! This one in deed is clean!!
instead of greeting a customer with "did you need something", maybe a "hello what may I make for you" would be a bit more warm and friendly.
