Always great service, but I received my bacon gouda with no bacon today?! Super bizarre, and super sad:( I know these are premade, so nothing against this location at all, just something to make your product team aware of!

Starbucks has recently introduced Cortado - popular Spanish/Latin American coffee. I was disappointed in the quality - how the drink was made. I think the baristas need to understand the difference between Cortado and cappuccino - It’s not just a small cappuccino !!. The milk has to be velvety and smooth with minimal foam (not as frothy as a cappuccino). When you’re charging ~$5 please get it right. Mine had a lot of foam almost like a cappuccino.

Christmas morning my wife asks me to go pick up her Starbucks online order. I said babe they have to be closed. She says no they’re open it says it online and it allowed me to order. I drive to Starbucks at perimeter and they appear to be closed, at that time several other cars pull up. We all discussed in the parking lot how the app allowed us to place orders weird. After the holiday was over my wife calls to request a refund or get her drinks she paid for on the app. The girl he/she/it at Starbucks accused her of lying and hangs up on her. So my wife drives there and The same girl tells my wife she’s a thief and other people have came in with the same complaint. Yeah duh there was a line of cars there Christmas morning. She said all the other people have all said the same thing “same drink, same scenario and they’ve all said they’re loyal customers”. Well same drink is far fetched but it’s very likely yes that some of ur loyal customers that attempted to get Starbucks on Christmas morning. The girl was very rude and accused my wife of being a thief. My wife left in tears. We live in Muirfield area and have no desire to steal $11 worth of Starbucks.

I told my wife we will go down there today after work and get this resolved and they want to accuse of being thief’s we will call the police and have them come down to Starbucks.

My wife has been going to this Starbucks 4 times a week for several years and she will not be going back.

Starbucks here’s some advice. If you are going to close your business for a holiday SHUT OFF the ability to place online orders and fire the rude girl that works there.

You can't close the store and tell people to wait in a 30 minute drive through line for a mobile pickup order. Try to manage this place with just a bit of common sense...

2 stars because this store is rarely open during the afternoon. Not sure whats going on but whenever I go after work it’s closed. Today it closed at 2p. Its always a surprise whether theyre open or not. Then when they are open its insanely busy and can take 20+ minutes to get anything. These workers either need help or we need more coffee shops to deal with demand. I dont blame the workers at all. Theyre over worked.

waited 25 mins in line for drive thru, when we got to the window we waited another 5 because they didn’t have it ready. The worker made this drink with a splash of oat milk because the carton was out and put a lid on with not the full value of the drink, and not enough oat milk the drink calls for. The workers are at a snail pace, everytime I come they are busy and the workers take their time with no haste. They need a new crew of workers!!!

I’ve come to the Starbucks three mornings now and each morning there has been something wrong whether it’s not being able to take my card or the drive-through being closed, It doesn’t seem that this business can maintain a proper functionality when opening up - which is kinda where there business resides.
