Do not come here. I don’t care if this specific starbucks is the only starbucks in existence. You don’t come here. They will look at you like the guy who told people that gatorade won’t grow plants in idiocracy. They will let you stand there for 30 mins MINIMUM. If Common Sense was dynamite they wouldn’t have enough to knock the hat off a sick toddler. They know two speeds. Slow and Stop. Like they hate work so much if you paid them to lay down, they’d stand up. So yeah after waiting 35 minutes for my drink my sandwich had to turn to ice. So I genuinely turned to into Shohei Ohtani and threw a 4-Seam Fastball with my sandwich behind the counter.

I went here and had a meeting Great atmosphere for that. I've also been with my husband cuz we live close by just a good coffee house on the whole. They have outside seating area. The drinks are good staff is nice and quick. I frequent this place 3to 5 times a week. It's our go-to caffeine fix. Again highly recommend

Starbucks on Frantz Rd is a really nice place to stop by for a drink or to get some work done. The service is always fast, and the workers are friendly and welcoming, which makes each visit pleasant. The seating is comfortable with plenty of space to relax, catch up with friends, or focus on your laptop.
The drinks are consistently good, and they make them just the way you like. The atmosphere is calm and inviting, perfect for studying, working, or having a casual chat. The whole place is very clean and well-kept, which adds to the overall experience. Didn’t eat food here. I just got a Mocha and read. This is a new Starbucks with ample seating. Which makes it super popular and a little loud. I recommend headphones to reduce moments of loud noises. Overall, a great Starbucks. I wish they’d make more like this where seating is not limited.

I asked my friend to go in here to get two drinks for us because I have a broken ankle and can’t do so myself. The female in here was rude to my friend when he asked about a cortado drink. She suggested a latte so we said fine no problem. This lady was trying to charge us extra for shots. If you google how many shots are in an iced large Starbucks drink it says 3. I used to always get 3. Here we go with this lady saying two. Then the little raggedy female has the audacity to ignore my friend and take the next persons order. We won’t be back.
Food order because out of stock of 3 drinks I tried to order. No napkins provided and service was less than stellar- not even a thank you. Would not recommend this location- never had my egg bits fall apart. Not good or the quality I’m used to.

I come here all the time and everyone is super friendly. I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. The customers even have created a community and are super friendly. Employees are also super friendly and actually take time to communicate and interact with customers and try to make orders as satisfactory as possible. Also best study spot. As a Highschool student I cannot tell you how many times I’ve studied here before school and it’s been empty in the mornings.
