First time at this location and I ordered a cafe latte, my usual. The coffee was burnt tasting. I know to taste my coffee before I pull off next time. I threw it out.

Your day will be a little brighter if Ray makes your coffee. Today I lost my job and I got what was the last coffee I would have before I began my strict budget. So happy to see Ray on a Monday evening, I had no idea she would be there today. She makes my drink perfect EVERY TIME! A little small talk about her schedule and Valentines day weekend. She handed me my coffee with a little twist..... 1ST SIP...OMG...AMAZING! For a few seconds life wasn't so bad and a felt a little better because I had my coffee ....made by Ray. Thanks so much 🙏🏾. Sunshine on a cloudy day.

Give yourself a Ray of sunshine during these cold winter days and make your way to the Tuttle Starbucks drive through....she never messes up my order...as a matter fact I am guaranteed perfection when Ray makes my drink. I look forward to her weekend shifts ...when she is there I always buy 2 drinks because I know they will be yummers. She is so sweet and really awesome. For simple perfection...ask for Ray...she has been sunshine on a cloudy day. Thank you Ray!!!!

Ive been coming to this starbucks for a while and usually go in the mornings. I understand they have a lot of new people, but many of the baristas do not know how to make the drinks correctly! I have paid close attention and the only baristas that make them correctly are Kamari, Sophie, Leena, and Jessie!! Please work on training the other baristas

I buy 2 ice white chocolate moca and one hot chocolate moca the last Wednesday and I ask for extra foam on the hot one and they didn’t put anything!! No foam on my coffee!!🤷🏻♀️ I just published the picture.

Ordered and waiting 20 mins in line. Had to leave due to an appointment.
Don’t let the kind service fool you. At 2:30pm I have fallen victim to an employee that can’t make a sandwich. I will give them credit that they put SOME toppings on it but overall I basically paid for extra crispy bread. They also gave me a warm drink when I very so obviously ordered iced. I didn’t bother to complain, but I hope your workers get better soon. I’m sure my 13 year old brother could assemble something more acceptable for the price.

An employee quite literally stole from me in the Drive-Thru. I coordinated with customer service and got my money back but I hope this employee is fired if it was fraudulent or retrained if it was accidental. Be very careful and ask for a receipt

The workers at this location are always so kind!! The last couple of weeks they seem so worn out with not as many people on the floor, no management, not sure what has changed. This has resulted in a longer wait for my order (which on some days is difficult), however, everything is still so good, and they keep a smile on their faces! Makes my morning.
