Don’t let the kind service fool you. At 2:30pm I have fallen victim to an employee that can’t make a sandwich. I will give them credit that they put SOME toppings on it but overall I basically paid for extra crispy bread. They also gave me a warm drink when I very so obviously ordered iced. I didn’t bother to complain, but I hope your workers get better soon. I’m sure my 13 year old brother could assemble something more acceptable for the price.

An employee quite literally stole from me in the Drive-Thru. I coordinated with customer service and got my money back but I hope this employee is fired if it was fraudulent or retrained if it was accidental. Be very careful and ask for a receipt

The workers at this location are always so kind!! The last couple of weeks they seem so worn out with not as many people on the floor, no management, not sure what has changed. This has resulted in a longer wait for my order (which on some days is difficult), however, everything is still so good, and they keep a smile on their faces! Makes my morning.

I just went and got an iced mocha latte with the salted caramel coldfoam, and this is the best drink I’ve ever consumed. Amy was at the window and she was so nice and fun and I’m 85% sure the person with the long dark curly hair made my drink and I just wanna say they need a raise. (Sorry to name drop but you ate💅). 10/10 would return

This Starbucks is the bee’s knees. Every single time I come in, the employees are always very welcoming and they also seem to actually care how your day is going. Service is always prompt and the orders are always correct. Can’t ask for more! 👍🏻👍🏻

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year. This Starbucks always has the most amazing service, drinks, and speed! I love how no matter who’s working, they always ask how we are, if we need anything else, and tell us to have a great day no matter if it’s too early to socialize or right before close. Whenever I’m having a tough morning I usually choose to get coffee here to lift my spirits. I wish I could list out specific names of people so they can get recognized, but there hasn’t been a single person who I wouldn’t want recognized. Thank you all!!

This is the most beautiful starbucks in existence. I come here about 1-2 times per week, and my shaken espresso is always absolutely glorious. I’ve had inconsistent experiences at other locations, but this one has never failed me. I love it I love it I love it. The staff here is so kind as well, and they try to be as quick as possible
