Just a little advice. I would recommend not putting non food items like avocado spread on top of fresh food like egg bites. I’m not sure why they thought that was a good idea. It’s unsanitary especially after you touch it, then place it on my food.

Tried to get a decaf coffee late at night. One coffee was cold and one had grounds (chunks) in it. If they had to do a pour over, they did not do correctly or care to do it so.

I had a drink made at a different location and it was made incorrectly - so much so that it wasn’t drinkable. I went to the Tuttle location to ask for a remake. Azra was SO sweet and so helpful. Drink was made perfectly and my day was made! Thank you Azra and the rest of the Tuttle staff!!

I will say that it’s one of the Starbucks I feel like kind of cold - the tables are big and well distributed, but I don’t know. It lacks some decor, I’ve seen so many Starbucks around that look cool and you really want to spend time in there. Sometimes I think that a few of the stores are purposely like that just so people are not spending much time inside. It is possible to see a huge movement there, specially in the morning.
That’s the reason why I’m also reviewing service and food as three. I spent 18 minutes today to get a latte. Brought my cup, was not discounted, did not received my awards, and got my order wrong.
Asked for an extra hot drink and they put it in a regular cup. Filled mine with the wrong one. Honest mistake. But then they just threw the drink in my cup and it was not hot anymore. And kind of tasted the wrong drink.
So fairly disappointed. Will avoid in extra busy hours like morning.

I ordered the new Crème Brûlée holiday latte from my phone and rushed to get it. I thought it came out cold, but I came out hot….So, I was kinda disappointed and asked the barista if I accidentally ordered it or it just came with hot version only. He was nicely explaining to me and offered if he could do another cold drink for me. At first I refused it and honestly I would not drink that hot latte anyways. Then, he said he could do it very fast for me. When I said ok, he started working on it. Then, I called my husband to park the car. When I just turned back, my drink was already there in front of me. I was so WOWWW about how fast he was. And now I have to leave a review on Google because my drink is AMAZING!!!! He is AWESOME.

I hate hate hate that this is the only Starbucks on the way to work. First of all, go to this Starbucks prepared for battle. Customers are brutal and everyone is fighting for the same thing - get your coffee in under 30 minutes. The mobile line hustles, but if you’re driving through or waiting in store, expect AT LEAST a 45 minute wait. Staff does NOT care about anything but pumping out mobile orders. I got a cold brew. Plain cold brew. I WAITED IN STORE FOR 45 MINUTES.
