This place is a disappointment in Dublin. The food was cold and thrown together. Management at this location is a joke. They refuse to give out their name, surely because they know what type of food and service they are providing. They are quick to blame the owner and claim he’s cheap and does not allow the managers to make things right. If that’s the case they have much bigger problems other than bad quality and service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Worst place I have ever been too, giving 1 star feels too generous. I ordered a 4 for 4 meal, and paid 5.79, I mean I didn’t really mind cause it’s not an issue but false advertisement, not only that the managers are arguing outside? Running around the parking lot too, I have kids who had to watch that just disturbing. Never coming here again!

If im being 100% honest, if i could give 0 stars i would but im stuck with one, all the employees were so polite and nice to me, everything went well until I notice the managers treating them horribly. When I ask about the issue because I am genuinely concerned about the safety to the employees especially because some seem like minors, he tells me its none of my business and to leave the store if it is an issue. Honestly blant out disrespectful, and the way these employees are treated from managers who think they’re better than everyone because there labeled as a “manager.” Especially the manager with glasses and which I believe is the owners son from what iv’e heard.

I had a terrible experience at Steak ‘n Shake today. The staff was rude and argued with me when I pointed out that my order was missing a side of fries. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years, but this experience has left me very disappointed. I don't think I'll be coming back.

Honestly, this ruined steak n' shake for me. I disliked the food. I didn't interact with an employee once (some people like that and I am not one of those people) And the new stupid no refills thing. There is a new policy where whenever you buy a fountain drink you get a ticket where you use it and it activates the drinking fountain for about thirty seconds. This stops people from getting refills. This is a terrible policy, I should be able to drink if I want to without a limit. Can this multi millionaire not let us get refills on our drinks? Never coming back again, someone ruined my favorite restaurant.

I ordered on GrubHub, why are y'all giving me ice cold food. It's like y'all made it for someone else but they never came to get it so u gave it to me!!! The only thing that should be cold is my shake not my burger and fries. DO BETTER!!!!!
Don't expect any custom ordering to be right. Constantly forgets combo items like fries, and messes up anything like extra cheese, etc. And still makes you pay for it. Only go to this location as a last resort as they are 24 hrs open.

We grabbed take out when we were waiting for four shakes they took almost 40 minutes and they skipped us and they got one of the shakes wrong
