Food is usually pretty fresh and typical steak n shake quality. However, this location's staff are always rude and always forget something in your order. They seem to want to argue over everything as well. Definitely ruins it for us. Not the steak and shake we used to know.

Orders are usually accurate but service is extremely slow and I've waited really long just to be acknowledged by someone when picking up an order that had been sitting for a long time.
Not very clean inside (sticky floors, tables left dirty).

Steak N Shakes decline shines through... The floors are sticky, the environment feels dirty, the bench is sat in was broken, the service was incredibly slow. We didn't hear them call for us to get our food and the lady made a comment with an attitude saying how its been here forever but we didn't hear anyone call it out. 42 minutes to get our milkshake, we had food missing from our order. One of the server guys was pretty nice however.

Whatever Steak 'n Shake changed it is for the better. Food is always hot and packaged nicely instead of just thrown in the box. Staff was very friendly. It is my go to place for burgers now.
I haven't been to a Steak n Shake in 20 years. Couldn't remember why, so I stopped in.
No sauce for two items that come with sauce. Not the end of the world.
However, the burger. Uh, could I get some burger with my salt? Gross. Just touch your tongue to the patty and it's like a salt lick. That's nasty.
You can always add salt, but you can't take it away. Why don't you just give people salt to pour all over? Then normal people might want to eat there.
I'd return for a shake and nothing else.
