The place and the people were very pleasant, and the service was excellent. I recently visited to get a Subway, and I was truly impressed by their kindness and politeness. They treated me with great respect and took my order very courteously.

The person who waited on me, had to take one of their earbuds out to take my order. She asked me what type of bread I wanted, and I told her Italian. She made my sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese, which is not what I asked, for she got the correct button, Dumped the sandwich onto the correct bun and tossed the other one. She went on to put my sandwich in the toaster oven without asking me, but I did not want toasted so she took it out. Then she looked at me and said “you can go ahead and pay” without telling me the total. I had to ask her if it was OK to pay in cash. The problem here is she was on the phone the entire time that she was waiting on me so she couldn’t be bothered to assist me correctly. As soon as I walked away from the register, she continued talking loudly in another language on her phone call. It was a very nice clean restaurant with nice music playing that I never heard over her phone call. I love Subway, but I would never visit this location again. I should also mention that the meatball sub that I got was the messiest one I’ve ever purchased. This was not a good experience.

Place would not accept subway coupon which has happened before. Amount of veggies and cheese added is very small. Have to ask if want a normal amount. Also charged me too much for a combo meal. Employee just said they were an employee and didn’t know why coupons weren’t accepted or combo meal price incorrect.

Came in with two wound up little kids. The staff took care of us quickly and were polite and so nice. Even when my kids made the mess they were kind enough to clean it up. They offered free cookies to the kids too. I don’t visit subway often but this one might be my go to if I need a quick option that the kids will eat. Thank you!
