Closed at 940 instead of 10 because their workers want to be lazy. Never come here in you're in the area. No workers shirts either. I typically don’t write reviews but felt this had to be mentioned. Unacceptable

The gentleman who made my sandwich was so sweet and so kind, but he had apparently not had a break whatsoever and was by himself inundated by order after order. This location has always had staffing issues and
I know that takes a toll on the employees but also doesn’t make an excellent experience for your customers. He mentioned he didn’t know that he would have a break at all today because he didn’t know if the person coming in was actually going to relieve him or not. Where is the owner? The manager? Someone to help this sweet soul out? Leaving your employees up a creek without a paddle is a huge no-no.

Stopped in to grab a sub and there was 3 people in front of me. While waiting in line for 16 minutes, 4 more people showed up. The employee making the food had absolutely no motivation to move quickly. Meanwhile the 2nd employee was in back watching something on her phone the entire time and didn't bother to come help her coworker. On a positive note, the food was good.

This place is filthy, the food is disgusting, and the staff are rude. I've gotten sick multiple times. The vegetables are never fresh and the sandwiches are sloppy. Also received some racism with my bf when I went in with him. Never again.

The line is backed up with only one worker on the line. Where is help? She's taking 20 minutes to sweep the floor. The floor could've waited until you get customers served, ma'am.

I came in here yesterday to order me a sub before taking my wife to get the food that she wanted and I stood in there for 10 minutes watching this guy make sandwiches for somebody that wasn't even there to get them yet he didn't acknowledge that I was standing there The girl that was in the back who's obviously his girlfriend since they kept calling each other babe and such not she was on the phone screaming and yelling at whoever is in her family her mom or something about a dog being put in a cage cussing and carrying on horrible horrible customer experience I tried calling them no one answers and then when I walked out yesterday the lady said yeah that's right on my way out the door so definitely will never be back there and I'm definitely going to go out of my way to get a hold of the corporate office or whoever to make sure that these two idiots get kicked out of there

It's a decent location. Never really had any problems here.
Placed an online order about an hour ago. As soon as I placed it the website crashed but OF COURSE took my money. What pisses me off the most is that the store wouldn't answer the phone so I can even see if the received the order.
I called more than 4 times. Out of money. I'm pregnant so I'm raging.

FILTHY. Guy can't even pull his pants up. Touching filthy screen with same gloves used to make sandwiches. Drink station, floor - filthy. NEVER AGAIN.
i used my partners account and ordered threw subway.com. when my food arrived i was missing my soda, I called the store and told the lady that i was missing my drink. She proceeded to tell me that i would have to call grub hub that it was not her problem. I told her that i did not order through grub hub and she said that it was still not her problem. I am pretty upset at this point, I sat down to eat my sandwich and realized that it was not correct. I went to the store and there was no one there, she came from the back and told her that i was the one that called in and complained that i did not receive my drink and my sandwich was made wrong and asked her to remake it. i ordered Double meat turkey on the herb and cheese bread with provolone cheese, tomatoes, red onion, pickles, extra mayo, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. it was missing the double meat, oil, vinegar, extra mayo and had the wrong cheese on it i made it a meal deal with a sprite and cookies. i also got a bag of the sun chips. she had an attitude and said that she will not remake it, called me an ass hole and told me to get out, . I am completely pissed i paid over 25 bucks to get food just to have my money stolen from me. i am disabled and live off of a very tight budget. this is completely unacceptable. . DO BETTER SUBWAY!
Well since I can't get a hold of Subway's customer service and since calling the store isn't going to do any good, I guess this is the only place where I can make sure I'm heard, not that anyone can fix this ongoing issue.
I have ordered now from this store three times and every single time they do not follow the order instructions.
Today's order I received a sloppy helping of a #11 Subway Club, with barely any lettuce, not cut or gutted per ask and drenched in sauce, also not asked. Please see what I ordered and I'll also show the outcome.
I am tired of paying these prices and not getting what I paid for. Not to mention paying someone to also deliver the food.
I am disappointed at this point and boycotting this restaurant. If Subway does not respond, I am done all together.

I got the Italian bmt and felt like it had no flavor. I normally go to another location and get the same thing. For some reason it just didn't taste right.
