Easily the worst subway experience I’ve ever had, both sandwiches had no meat, bread burned and took entirely too long to prepare when I ordered 45 minutes before hand for pick up. Not filling, not worth the money but one crew member seemed to be doing his best so that counts for something I suppose. Won’t visit this location again.

I just had the worst subway sandwich in life. My bread was super stale and hard to the point I couldn’t enjoy my meal. I understand staff is low but good quality food should always be served when the customer is spending their hard earned

Try their steak and flat bread sub with mozzarella cheese, the main guy there does a good job and even knows about politics. He will even ask for extras like cookies or drink. Still a classic place to eat.

The only reason I am leaving 4 stars is because the ONLY EMPLOYEE is trying to do his job the best he can. Otherwise it would be 1 star or none. Because the staffing is ridiculous. My sub is delicious and made exactly to order. You need to hire people to help him. This is the 3rd time I've been there and he has no help. Not to mention my coworkers who have gone more then me and same situation. No wonder u read the reviews below mine and people are upset. ITS BECAUSE CLEARLY YOU DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR STAFF. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO HELP THIS MAN WHO IS WORKING SO HARD FOR YOU! He deserves a raise. I hope u do something for him.

The dude who works here is insanely rude, even to nice customers. I saw him roll his eyes at the couple ahead of me simply for asking for mozzarella. Like dude, I work retail too & I get some customers yell, but that's no way to treat people who do nothing wrong. No wonder people treat us bad :/

I have never had a less than stellar experience at this Subway. Maybe my view is shaded a bit by the fact that the Subway on Hard Rd. is terrible. Hard Rd. Subway skimps on the meat, Martin Rd. doesn't. Hard Rd. Subway doesn't honor coupons, Martin Rd always does. Also, I once went in to the Martin Rd. Subway and they noticed my Veteran hat and asked if I was, then told me they offer a discount to Veterans.
