There is no way to get ahold of a person on the phone! An order time needed to be changed and we couldn't tell anyone and by the time the chat bot figured out what we were trying to say it was too late. They made the food and left it just laying there for 3 HOURS!! Didn't say a word when we arrived at the restaurant. Completely unprofessional! Avoid at all costs!

The Dublin Sweetgreen location is exceptional. High quality, nutritious food and lovely staff who are always friendly and attentive. I eat here most days and the value is unquestionable. Get the harvest bowl!

I love the place I had a great experience at Sweetgreen! The food was really fresh and tasted amazing. Everything was well prepared, and the ingredients were high quality. The service was quick and the place was clean and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

I love sweet greens! This new location is well stocked and clean. Good staff. I love the variety of options for build your own bowl. I would recommend asking for extra sauce. A truly healthy food option, make sure you give it a chance. Complimentary sourdough is a bonus. About $15 a bowl- not bad nowadays.

Got violently ill the last 2 times my work paid for this pig slop. Nice that it comes with a side of boots to lick.

Love this sweetgreen! Everyone is super friendly and the inside is always clean. Lily and Byron are always making sure I have a great experience. Prefer this one to Short North in terms of staff and location.

Stars, If I could give negative stars, I would.

On Sunday afternoon, 12/21/2025, my 16-year-old daughter ordered a salad bowl called the Warm Bowl. I picked it up for her from the restaurant located in Bridge Park, Dublin. After we got home and after she had eaten a quarter of the meal, she discovered a live Stink Bug crawling inside the bowl.

This led to a severe physical reaction—she started to cry and vomited three to four times, and was understandably hysterical with the fear that she had already ingested other bugs. Finding live insects in prepared food is a major health violation.

The lack of quality control here is repulsive, and we will be following up with the health department.

Avoid this place if you value food safety.

Fantastic place for healthy, great tasting food. SweetGreen makes it easy to eat healthy and ordering on the app or in store you can create salad/bowls with so many options/proteins/toppings. Attempting to duplicate this at home would take hours and cost more. The food is quality food compared to most fast casual locations. The people at the Dublin location have been great and I will definitely be back.

Ordered 4 bowls to-go. Food was underwhelming for the price. Chicken for the kids meal looked like boiled chicken, apples were brown and mushy. Not worth the price compared to other bowl restaurants.

So excited that we finally have a Sweetgreen in Dublin! This location is fantastic. You can order quickly to-go and park right out back. Outside vibes are on point. The manager is so kind and the staff was great. We’ll be coming weekly- at least. Best quality food you can get for the value. Thank you for being here in Dublin!
